Best Western Norwalk Inn

Stayed in hotel for 8 nights on family trip found location very central for both exploring los angeles and further afield. Area very safe feeling and lovely staff . Hotel some say a little dated but found hotel very comfortable clean and very nice really enjoyed staying here and price is good

Room was clean, neat, no-frills. Needed it for it's location for a family gathering.

We stay here everytime we come to visit family in Norwalk. This time around we got a room on the second floor across from the pool. The room was much better than other times. It was super clean and quite. Other times we have always stayed in the rooms opposite the parking lot and those rooms were always just ok. Big difference this time. I staff as always was super friendly and helpful. Will continue to stay here next time.

There is plenty of parking and they have an elevator so no worries if staying on a 2nd or 3rd floor room. They have kept up with the property the room was clean and the furniture is adequate for this type of budget hotel. I have family near the hotel and have been staying at this hotel on and off for the past 15 years and it has consistently been well kept.

Budget-friendly family option. The room had dust in the corners and the pool was down half the time we were there. But the front desk staff and the breakfast lady were all friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Great location with easy access to the beaches, Hollywood, Disney, etc.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had no issues except for one minor one that no one from the office could have fixed. We went to the pool on the last day we were there but there were so many kids in the pool and hot tub it was not enjoyable. The little boy was screaming as loud as he could any chance he didn’t get his way. There were signs that said no more than 10 people in the pool and 4 in the spa but with that family alone there was about 20 kids just screaming and splashing. There was an older girl walking around and every time she circled the pool area she got closer and closer to our stuff that was on the ground (the family took every bit of the chairs and tables for themselves and they had food and drinks left everywhere) and the girl started stepping on our clothes. Very frustrating. The breaking point for us was when 4 more people decided to show up and join the party. It was just chaotic and we couldn’t enjoy the pool at all. Other than that we were out and about and just spent long enough at the hotel to sleep.
