towels in the pool area were few and hard to get as no staff came to check and place unless someone went to reception and asked. plenty "weed" smells in the morning and evening. Of course not something hotel can easily monitor but very bad as room was near the smells and i have a young child to consider.

My family and I loved our stay at Hyatt house. Great shower and comfortable bed. Very friendly staff! The pool and the grill made our stay even more enjoyable. Love it!

Great customer service, especially Evelyn. Great place for families who stay longer and want to cook dinners and hace barbeque. Great breakfast options too. Love the place and definitely come again. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic staff and family friendly.

This was a great choice for our family! We were traveling with my daughters and one of their friends, so we opted for a 2 bedroom suite. It was spacious and clean. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Lot's of food options within walking or driving distance. The wifi worked easily. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom had a great lather. The free breakfast made it easier to get up and go. My favorite thing about our stay though was the staff. They were friendly and helpful. We checked in late in the evening with no issues, and they gave us some food recommendations. When my daughter left behind her gold earrings and her friend her portable speaker, they held them for us at the front desk until we could make our way back to get them. I would recommend this place.

I like the area and was able to accommodate the whole family. (7 people). Like their breakfast too

It was a nice stay!. The only thing that I didn’t like was the bed that was very sunken in and the shower wasn’t properly clean. But other than that it was a nice stay. Very spacious, family friendly, area is friendly and safe

The carpets were kinda gross everything seemed a lil dirty and there was a child's sock on the bathroom floor next to the toilet

When, arriving to the property, I was met with an inconvenience that the magic staff was able to rectify and put me into a room that was suitable for me and my family front desk staff was adequate and very responsive however, the cleanliness of this place was quite awful. They do not clean the room every day which leads to Feeling that there are little creepy crawlers all over the room. Also, they do not provide you with towels or any other things. I would come standard at your typical hotel, like towel, service or even room, service or anything that you would forget to bring like toiletries, although the staff was , there they were not attentive and they seem like anytime you asked him for anything that it was an inconvenience. Also, I went to visit Universal and Disneyland and this was quite remote from the area booking through Expedia. You want to make sure that you check on the location because Expedia does not share the Location until you have booked your tickets and paid. I would not be visiting this place again.
