We loved this hotel for our family holiday! Having the kitchen was awesome and the rooms are so spacious. Everything was new and clean. The breakfast was great and the food staff were outstanding.

Penthouse rooms are very spacious for a family of four, the daily breakfast was always good with a variety of choices.

Booked the unit with the loft for 5 adults for 2nights. The hotel was easy to get to from LAX and the room was great for families since there’s a stovetop and unit has dishes. The 2 beds were enough 4 adults but one of us had to sleep on the sofa. Only compliant is that the wifi rarely worked for us.

The TV was a constant issue with the remote not working. A "2bedroom" was not an enclosed 2 bedroom. The second one was a loft, completely open, which is not ideal when looking for a 2 bedroom for children sake. It wasn't mentioned prior either. And no tub in either of the two bathrooms, which is also important for little ones.

Great room for a big family. The staff is above and beyond with their customer service. It was a relaxing stay.
