Room above ours had someone running until 1 am. It seemed like they were doing on purpose. After the noise stopped, we received a phone call at 2 am - presumably from that room. The five-person room came with two breakfast vouchers. The vouchers weren’t given to us when we checked in. My wife went to get breakfast the next morning and the front desk guy gave her an attitude when she said she never received the vouchers. When she finally got breakfast, it was cereal and an orange juice. When I brought all of this to the attention of the front desk, the same guy said, “why didn’t you call?” Now it’s somehow my fault that the stay sucked. I explained that I needed to be at work at 3 am so I didn’t have time to call and deal with it then. I elevated instead to go sleep in my car. Worst stay ever. My family and I were uncomfortable and my wife HATED it. Never again. We left a day early and the guy still gave me attitude. Didn’t even give us a receipt. When I asked about a refund for the second night (which were didn’t use) he told me to go through “the third party company I booked it with”. Absolutely felt unwelcome and dismissed as a customer.

Traveled to Los Angles with the family to get away . We stayed here this time last year & it was pretty affordable so we chose here again. After a 8 hour drive we realized we could check in early for an extra $30 bucks . We were elated and headed over to the hotel . We got a kind bed with a pull out sofa bed for our son . We carried all of our luggage to 3rd floor with a toddler and started to settle in . Once we decided to lay down for a nap , my son pulled the bed out and it was disgusting. Stains all over it , made me want to check what mattress on bed looks like !!! We called down to front desk , they said bring all luggage downstairs and we will change you rooms . We did this and went to the new room , which was a downgrade with only a queen bed . We called to front desk again. They switched us to a 2 queen room . At that point I would appreciated and upgraded room , free early check in , anything to accommodate us for having to move 3 times . Nope!! last and final room had old food/milk in the refrigerator We finally laid down and while sleeping someone opened our room door with a key !!!! The front desk obviously gave away someone’s room and didn’t communicate that in the system . All in all, it was a huge letdown. I was still charged full price for parking & early check-in despite the accommodations not being up to par. Needless to say, this will be my final and last time staying at this establishment as They don’t ensure customers comfort nor cleanliness

Poor service. We waited 5 hours in the lobby as our flight was early and we couldn’t check in until 4:00. At 3:30 there were a few families that came in and they were given their hotel room keys and off they went to their room. I went to ask how they got their room and we had to wait until 4:00. Eloise told me they paid the early check in fee. We saw this family after and asked if they had paid for the early check in…no they did not. We waited until 4:00, went to the desk and they didn’t have our room ready. You’ve got to be kidding me. I booked a double queen room with a balcony overlooking the pool. About 20 minutes later they gave us a room on the first floor overlooking a parking lot. We walked into the room, there was an ionizer running. I opened the patio door and tried to lock it. It didn’t lock…we are on the first floor. Then they came in to take the ionizer out of the room, I think they tried to do this before we got there but we got to the room first. We questioned the ionizer and apparently the guest before us wasn’t a very good guest. We went back to the desk to tell them to get us another room. Finally around 4:45 we got another room, third floor, facing the busy road. No balcony where we could sit out and enjoy the evening. I am so disappointed in this hotel. Never again. The fellow working when we got there at 11:00 am was super nice. We left our luggage with him while we went to get something to eat. Eloise needs customer service training.

We waited at the airport for 1 hour and 40 minutes for the shuttle. Of course we called them, one past by around 50 minute mark which is already super long, but it was full. And second one came at 1hour and 40 minutes, this was ridiculous! I and two 70 year old just standing there for 1 hour and 40 minutes! And when I get to the hotel waited another 40 minutes to check in, I don’t understand why they were so slow! And when I told the guy at the front desk our shuttle experience, the guy said I’m sorry, hey take a water and it’s on me. Excuse me? Just a water for all these? And a guest was talking in the hall way around 4am and woke me up, apparently he didn’t want to disturb his family in the room, and of course no sound insulation. They play music in the courtyard, and the speakers were next to our room, so I’ve been sleeping on and off all night. Why would you play music in the middle of the night? And put speakers so close to guest room? I told the front desk when I check out, the front desk said I’m sorry but there’s nothing he can do about it! I didn’t have time to speak to a manager. Stay away, so ridiculous!

Pool area was partially under repair. Pool was heated but not enough for kids. Have to ask to have room serviced. Have to pay for parking.

Staff was super friendly at check in, assisted with shuttle (super quick and nice driver). The room was huge and the bed made me sleep like a baby! We loved it! (No blow dryer though)

I ditched my 11 kids and came here and stayed for 7 days. It was really nice and worth it. The staff was kind and helpful. There's a gym available, there's wine available, unhealthy snacks are available, the breakfast menu was ok there was some healthy options. This property is near grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. The beach was 10 minutes away.

I would never stay at this location again! There are a lot of hidden charges and staff was extremely unfriendly! I have been traveling for over 40 years and have never been asked to pay an early check in fee of $40 when a room is ready! Also the $25 parking fee is an added charge if you stay there, which is not boldly stated when booking. The place also reeked of marijuana. I would never take my family there again!
