The hotel is clean and organized. The rooms are perfect for vacation or business trips. Our family enjoyed the breakfast and beautiful outdoor seating. Coffee all day was a definite perk. We would definitely stay here again!

The girls at the front desk were really nice ! The breakfast was decent my kids loved it, they offer eggs , sausage , waffle , juices , pastries ,yougurts , creak ! Located right by a mall with restaurants and about a mile away from the beach .

We loved the outdoor terrace while we ate breakfast. The kids loved all of the waffle flavor options too. Added bonus for our morning! We'd highly recommend this hotel!

My shower didn’t work properly, but I had 5 kids and arrived late. So no one was able to shower until the next day after checking into our Disney land hotel. It was so late and the kids were already wanting to sleep so we had to just deal with it. At check out I mentioned to the lady about the shower head shooting out water sporadically and then stopping when turned on.. and she gives me a blank stare. I wasn’t staying again so I was just wanting them to fix it for the next person,.. but apparently she didn’t care so why should I?

The carpet in the room was dirty. We were there for three nights. We NEVER had service to clean our rooms, make/change beddings, empty trash, leave clean towels, or take dirty towels. I took dirty towels and trash everyday to the laundering room where a gentleman would take it to wash and give me more. That was absurd. Taking my own trash out. The room was small and tight for my family. We cancelled our stay that we had booked for another time at this location. The breakfast was adequate but I would never stay here again.

Stayed here 3 nights, under two reservations. One room was ADA accessible and was a suite style, and also had a fridge, oven, and dishwasher. Perfect a girls weekend when one of us brought a small child. This room would be perfect for a family, with maybe 2 kids and a baby. The second room was less spacious but still sufficient. In walking distance to several restaurants and Target, beach is a longer walk, though you can drive. Coffee machine is swanky. Best part is the outdoor patio, which is good for socializing. Wish the fireplaces were working every day and not just during the weekend. Would stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I loved the courtyard for eating and relaxing. Our only problem was a family that decided to use the courtyard at 1:30 A.M. for a very loud family gathering. The hotel needs to enforce quiet hours.
