Property is old outdated and room smells wet and smoky like someone was smoking there before. It didn’t smell clean. Mattress is uncomfortable and old and it sinks in the middle. We booked a junior suite it was disappointing because it was just a larger room with no additional benefits. The restaurant is horrible unhealthy Mexican food. They close for breakfast at 10am!!! We arrived at 9:55 and we were told they’re closed (on the weekend!) we complained about The restaurant hours before and nothing changed.

Clean, safe, friendly and large comfortable rooms. Travelling with my kiddo so it hit all the requirements. Definitely will stay again.

My family loved this hotel…old fashioned yet modern. Air conditioning was amazing so big plus. Loved the walk divider between the two queen beds…even my 14 and 16 yr daughters were impressed with this hotel. Hope to stay again.

Ayres is a very upscale, fancy, yet very family friendly hotel. We loved it and will definitley come back. We love the warm pool too :)
