The facility was very nice and welcoming to my family and our pet. Plenty of grass area for a small dog. Loved the ambiance! If there was one or two things I would change it would be more elevator banks and in the individual rooms, in the restrooms vents. After a warm shower it gets very humid but otherwise loved the visit. We will be back again!

Great customer service, clean rooms, family friendly. Lots of food options in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay at this location. Downside, they provide zero shuttle service. Not even to the Burbank airport, which is 10 minutes away. Also, we went there for Universal Studios which 20 minutes away due to traffic and again no shuttle service. Hotel of this caliber should provide at least shuttle service to the airport. Otherwise it was a great experience. Employees are great!

Arrived at the hotel with 2 kids one under 3. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff were very nice . I enjoyed having a microwave and a fridge, especially with kids. Overall good experience.

Upon my arrival I was received at the front desk by Claudia Castillo she was AMAZING!!! She received me with a big smile and made me feel like if I was family to her…. She as super attentive, explained all the hotel amenities asked if I had any questions. Claudia made me feel at home!
