Upon my check in I was greeted and the clerk saw that I was a little stressed from my long flight across the country and offered me a remodeled room close to the pool, which was very kind. My favorite thing was Soto’s kitchen. It’s a Cuban restaurant at the Ramada. The service & food was exceptional. The owner was very kind and provided my family and I with recommendations for places to visit. I would definitely come back. This hotel was close to the theme parks and WB studio (10mins) therefore this is why we chose this location. The pool was nice. Was a little noisy at night only because I had a room steps away from the pool and a very large group of people came to stay during our stay as well. Otherwise happy with my stay here. Also I had free parking, which was also convenient.

i didn't like the noise. i was in a room near the swimming pool, i was not able to work or concentrate with kids running in the room above. this time was not a pleasant stay.

It's not how the picture looks. Clearly it needs a big update. I will say the front desk staff are really friendly. They have a restaurant and it is a family that runs it. The food is amazing and the family is awesome. For the coffe lover's please ask for 'bonbon".

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and newness feel of the guest rooms. The outside definitely is not fitting of what you find inside and within the resort. The only problem I had was with guest laundry. One of the two washers available were broken. The laundry is located outside of the resort. I made a few attempts to get help from the desk. There was some frustration with getting help for this issue, felt like they couldn't be bothered with it. They did however replace my detergent. I would stay again, and recommend to family and friends. We were visiting Universal Studios with family.

Very spacious and clean rooms, quiet and comfortable - staff very nice and helpful with everything we asked for. Pool is a nice size just a little chilly for my taste but kids were swimming. Nice lounge chairs and tables to sit and relax, restaurant on site but food wasn't very good. Convenience shop in lobby, a little pricey but alternative is driving or walking to nearby gas station or market. Hotel is not within walking distance to restaurants but used Lyft to get around. Transportation to/from airport was nice perk!!
