Stayed here for a week while visiting family. Staff is super friendly and wanted to make our stay comfortable. Homemade cookies every afternoon was a wonderful treat! Every area extremely clean! Our room was spotless every day. Highly recommend this hotel. Valet parking basically a necessity and an extra cost, but I found this to be true across all hotels in Los Angeles.

The property was well kept, and the staff was very friendly! The breakfast here was the best our family had out of 3 hotels in California. My only complaint would be paying for a daily valet, but if you know that going in as we did, it wasn’t too unreasonable. We would absolutely stay again!

The property is located next to interstate 5. We stayed in the room on the side along i5. The highway noise is so loud at night that we could not sleep. They need to build a wall between the highway and hotel to block the noise. The room is small for a family of 5. The hotel can use some remodel. I don’t like vale parking, but the service was very good. Breakfast was good. We will not stay here again because of the highway noise.

I can’t say enough positive things about this place. We got there at 10am and check in wasn’t until 4. We were spending the day at universal and they kindly held onto our luggage for the day. The front desk offered us breakfast and gave the kids some candy. German was so friendly and accommodating. Went as far as helping me arrange and Uber too. They offer a free shuttle to the airport and we’re on time and friendly! If we come back to Burbank we know exactly where we are staying!

10/10 recommend everyone stay here, especially families. It’s clean, quiet and has great staff! Had a mom fail and forgot my baby girls favorite teddy bear, she asked about it everyday and they did everything to help us get it back home. My princess is so happy! This is a great hotel!

Excellent stay! I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good, staff extremely friendly, valet parking great. The hot tub was nice but the beautiful fireplace was out of order which we would have really liked because the weather was pretty cool. Also the printer was out of order but the staff were very friendly and printed the documents I needed. Not in walking distance of anything but very close and convenient to Burbank airport. The hot cookies and milk in evenings were a hit for my family.

We had a bad experience with our stay. We asked the staff to assign us a room not facing the Highway. But we found our room 304 was facing the Highway. The traffic noise was bad and waked me up in the morning. The floor insulation is also not good. We were annoyed by the people lived above us by making noise and kids running at night and in the morning. Also when we tried to use the room’s free WIFI, besides entering name and room number, it starts to asking all the personal information as required field. I’m not comfortable to provide such information and skip using the WIFI. When we checked out, they charged $26 per night for parking and did not mentioned when we checked in. When we complained all these during check out, she said they are willing to refund us but can’t. Because we booked through Expedia and we can only contact Expedia to get the refund.

Friendly stuff from the reception to everything else where is the valet parking and the valet people are very friendly. Only thing that I did not like was the property maintenance looks Alexa or do you but nothing so bad. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful enough food for everyone evening 6 to 9 fresh cookies and milk for the kiddos. I was amazing. It’s absolutely pet friendly enjoyed the state very much.
