When we checked in, we were not told that the restaurant was closed for renovations. So, we did order from the bar and room service. 2 dinners, 1 breakfast. Every single order was wrong. Eventually they got corrected, but took over an hour for the entire process. Not a good situation for 2 hungry children!
Hotel was decent but definitely go elsewhere for food & drink.

We had a wonderful stay, but I encountered an issue with Expedia. Despite specifying the need for a room with a sofa bed for my children due to safety concerns, the hotel assigned a different room based on Expedia's instructions. Expedia claimed they couldn't address the room assignment, showing no accountability for the oversight. Fortunately, Tyler from the hotel demonstrated exceptional customer service by upgrading our room, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay for my family. Tyler's efforts truly made a difference, providing peace of mind during our visit.

Everyone at the property was amazing such a great staff! Tony, Oscar, Kevin and especially Norma! They all knew my kids by name and were super helpful!!! Now and always when we're in LA Marriot Burbank will be our first choice!

It was horrible, My reservation was booked and payed for in advance, when I got to the hotel at midnight, they told me they had my reservation but, they did not have any room for me. My family and I where extrimely tired and have driven for many hours, for them to say sorry we dont have a room, and they send me to another hotel which was a lower category. they did not gave me any thype of compensation or nothing.

Five day visit.
We had breakfast every day, wonderful waitstaff. Enjoyed the food.
Dinner one evening, very large portions and enjoyable meal. Same excellent service.
Housekeeping went out of their way for even the smallest request. Room was always immaculate.
Wonderful Hollywood tour arranged by the concierge - Hollywood Fun Tour was the tour guide company.
Highly recommended and we will stay here for our next family visit to Burbank.

I don't typically write reviews, however, of all the hotels ive staying in, this one has got my attention such a positive way. All staff members went above and beyond to help my family and I feel at home. These folks take true pride in their job and in representing the hotel well. Nelson and Norma were our go to folks and they were fantastic. Thank you! I loved my stay! The bar at night was great, loved the live music. Starbucks inside the hotel and reliable transportation shuttle to and from aiport. Nice and well kept property.I will certainly be back! Thank you so much for the experience.

Absolutely amazing, everyone was so nice and we had the concierge lounge access and let me tell you😍 it was fantastic. I take medicine so I was able to get snacks and somethings to drink to take my meds without paying for drinks or snacks. The employees were the best employees I've ever met in my life. I've never met any employees that take care of you and treat you like family. I will definitely be back, we love you and thank you Marriott

The Marriott Burbank airport hotel was the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life.
After our flight was delayed, we got to the hotel around 11:30 PM with three young children. When we went to check in, the front desk told us the hotel was overbooked and they did not have the room available. We were then shuttled to a new hotel 15 minutes away arriving after midnight. What is most frustrating about this is we called the hotel from the departure airport telling them that our flight was delayed and we would be checking in late in the evening. They assured us our room would be ready for us upon arrival.
I have never in my life gone to a hotel that I booked and paid for in advance and had our room not available. The front desk staff didn't care about the inconvenience at all and brushed it off like it was nothing. Plus, I'm now on help chat with Expedia because hotel never properly cancelled our room and we haven't received our refund yet. It's created extra churn and work, which shouldn't be on me.
We were traveling for an important family milestone and this kicked off our trip on a terrible foot. I will NEVER book at the Marriott Burbank hotel again. Worst hotel experience ever.
