Went with family to Universal Studios and it was about a 12 minute drive. Breakfast bar was really good. Rooms were Comfortable. Parking was 25 per day. It was close to shopping and downtown burbank which was convenient.

Overall a decent hotel. The pool and outdoor checkers & connect 4 was fun for our kids. The only issue was the music across the street at a restaurant was pretty loud when trying to fall asleep, but not unbearable.

Extremely disappointed to arrive after a long evening to a hotel with no running water or flushing toilets until after 2am. A call or email to anyone who was checking in would have been a big help. We are a family of 5, needing to use showers and toilets upon arrival. To not be discounted on the room is insane.

This hotel was perfect for our family trip to Universal Studios. It’s a great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We will definitely be back.

Our family of 5 with 2 teens and a pre-teen enjoyed our stay. Positives: Breakfast was good Adequate, clean bedding Pool area Close proximity to studio tours and other activities Nice distance from freeway Negatives: Not enough seating at breakfast & no one was wiping down tables The couch in our room was stained and needed to be cleaned The bathroom & TV placements are odd 5th floor hallways were hot & our room was always a little warmer than we would have liked AC unit was noisy & rattled
