It was our first week-end away without the kids, the service was excellent and the room is clean an confy.

It was our second time and the kids like it

Everything was good but the sound proof of the room. We all were waken up in the middle of the night and couldnt sleep back cause of the kids beside our room was jumping and so loud . Other than that, the room was clean, facility is veru good.

Nice place, manager was very childish.

Needs more surveillance around the pool area - children rule the place!

There was a hockey tournament in the area many kids running in the hallway Lots of people in the spa

Convenient for my family

Hotel looking wise good. but facilities are odd. And inside lift is horrible we stayed in 2nd floor, either we need to use the stairs or in lift we need to press and hold the lift button until we reach to the floor, with kids it’s dangerous and lift is very slow. And bathroom is very small and tap is very bad, they kept plastic loose tap to rotate for hot and cold water. It took 5 min every time to adjust for the water heat. 1st day we didn’t get sleep until 2am, because we got complete noise from outside because of other visitors near the spa pool. And we ordered coffee from restaurant simply they gave coffee powder, milk and sugar packets, already those we have in my room. Completely stay was not satisfied with kids lift and tap is very dangerous

Too small for a family with kids.

I paid over $300 for a room. No breakfast was included. The pool is really small and the water was burning hot. My child for hurt from the really hard surface of the pool and little one got allergic reaction. it took me forever to find the pool theres no signs that will guide you neither the hotel staff will. they will just tell you to go down to basement. hotel has a very old manual elevator which hardly works. the rooms are so so small that the washroom sink is outside and they keep coffee next to it which is gross. no water bottles in the room. there was only 1 coffee pod. the room does not have blackout curtains so be ready for all the sunshine early morning. the beds are just okk not really comfortable. i made a mistake booking this hotel believing its 4 star but it was horrible and a total waste of money.
