Hotel is convenient to cruise port, rooms are nice but a bit overpriced. Beds are comfortable and room was clean. Pool area has plants that attract bees and make it uncomfortable especially for the kids as bees are flying all around. The plants should be replaced! Hotel is nice. Staff was friendly.

Great stay for a staycation! Stayed in the club harbour room. View gorgeous! No bathtub in the room, shower only. Our room was renovated, clean and tasteful. The club gives access to some snacks, non alcoholic drinks, desserts and continental breakfast. We missed the snack and dessert so can’t comment. The view of the club room for breakfast was wonderful and breakfast was just okay. Lots of choice though. The pool was a bit of disappointment as there was a lot of kids jumping and splashing and the view is blocked with shrubs and outdated. I have stayed at the Fairmont across the street and prefer that more for room, service and pool. This hotel was nothing to complain about though.

We booked our stay months before but when we arrived we were sent to other hotels and our group was split up. They over booked and we didn’t get to stay at the Pan Pacific. Very disappointed and we had small grandchildren that were tired but we had to go to other hotels

Booked with my family a basic room. Asked for an upgrade and was willing to pay for an ocean view. Not only did they upgrade for free the room was a panoramic room view so amazing I stared at the harbour all night

Our rooms were given away, even after prepaying and confirming our stay. We did not get to stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel. Very disappointed. We had a party of 11 family and three rooms reserved and paid for.

We stayed here prior to going on a cruise. It was so convenient! The hotel took all our bags and by the time we got on our cruise our bags were on there. Best money I could’ve spent. Rooms were great size for our family of 4. Very clean.

Our family enjoy this hotel its location. It’s wonderful and all the wonderful amenities the Pan Pacific had to offer.
