This is a perfect downtown hotel with access to most local businesses, dining options. Staff is helpful and courteous. Our family of three had great fun stay here.

The hotel was very clean and the bathroom was modern. The area is very convenient for touring the harbor area. There are many restaurants around but some places are closed on weekends and Christmas holidays. It’s rather cold and rainy this Christmas Eve and Christmas days so it was not as enjoyable. The restaurant at the hotel provides decent food and the staff was very friendly and made Christmas Eve dinner quite pleasant for my 2 kids and me.

Loved the property and location and a vip room but it was an adjoining room and you could hear every word the neighbours spoke and they had a really loud child!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. I liked the location. Being in downtown is convenient as I could enjoy the walk in downtown and also access to places such as Canada place, restaurants and parks without driving. But as a family of 4, the suites in this hotel were so small ( they are all 37 sq feet) and the design is not good. The hotel doesn’t have a swimming pool. The restaurant has a good breakfast and menu substitutions are allowed. Overall, It’s a good hotel for couples or one night stay for a family with a child, but I don’t see a value comparing to other hotels that are within the same price range but able to offer more amenities and bigger rooms.

Convenient location that is very walkable. There are plenty of dining options in the area and the main transit hub is just one block away. The room was large and well equipped (we had a suite). There were four of us (my wife and I and our two kids). The beds were very comfortable. The only downside would be the price of the room and the prices at the on-site restaurant. It was $24 for a basic breakfast!

Loved your hotel! We loved that it was centrally located in the downtown area. The staff was very warm, friendly and kind. Allowing us to store luggage for the day even after our reservation was done was so helpful. The food in your restaurant was outstanding!! We will highly recommend your hotel to those traveling to the downtown area of Vancouver. In fact, we already have recommended your hotel to family members.

We stayed with our family of 4 for 1 night. The suite we got was a little small, but it was extremely quiet, which was fantastic. The staff was also very friendly and gave my 1 year old a bath toy. There was a crib in the room when we arrived and there were extra coffee packets, which might have been a fluke, but I really appreciated it while trying to entertain my young child early on the morning while the others slept. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We really enjoyed our time there. Parking was not that easy. We could not park close by because of height limitations so we had to find parking farther away. The kids were disappointed there was no pool on site. Other than that, it was comfortable, clean, walkable and staff was amazing.

Great room set up for families with kids. Master bedroom is separate with a closing door and the main living area is separate by a small hallway and therefore provides privacy for the little ones to sleep. The cleaning staff (Gina) was amazing. So friendly and accommodating.
