This hotel is excellent! Staff is wonderful! The room is amazing! For real!!! I was cheaper then 2 rooms for family of four and had plenty of sleep space.

Lovely stay! The staff were so sweet to our two kids, saying hi to them and giving them chocolate when they passed through the lobby. Beautiful spacious rooms and walkable to most of downtown.

When I arrived, they couldn't find my reservation, so they spent ample time figuring things out, and it was not an easy check-in after a long night of traveling with kids. I regret the booking I made, next time I make a last minute booking I'll go with what I know.

We had a king room with the pullout couch and it was great for a family of 4. Nice to have a sliding door to close so we didn't have to listen to the kids. Location was very convenient for our trip to downtown Vancouver.

Service is great. Housekeeper, front desk lady and doorman all are very sweet. Housekeeping service was provided on a daily basis. Location is perfect for us. It's located at a relatively quieter street and super close to everything. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back next time as a family.

The service was next level, we arrive early from a long flight and they found us a room. It was not fully finished being cleaned and not only did they find us another room but also gave us extra breakfast coupons for our kids. The breakfast was also first class made to order. Generally, we you get free breakfasts it is either continental or buffet. This was high end end made to order - the French toast was incredible! Now that I have stayed at a soleil hotel I will look for them in future travel.

The staff from the Concierge, Front Desk to the Room Attendant were always very polite and attentive towards me and my family. Very nice property.
