This hotel is conveniently located to downtown with lots to do in the area. For families traveling together, the separate sleeping spaces is great. They also offered adjoining rooms. We stayed here before and after our Alaska cruise and the cruise terminal was a short walk away. The staff was also great. Definitely recommend.

I had the most wonderful stay here! The staff went above and beyond. I would definitely say here again, especially with my toddler. The room had the ability to close the bedroom off from the rest of the room so that is perfect for traveling with kids. The restaurant is delicious and it is walking distance to the big mall and Cactus Club.

This hotel is excellent! Staff is wonderful! The room is amazing! For real!!! I was cheaper then 2 rooms for family of four and had plenty of sleep space.

Lovely stay! The staff were so sweet to our two kids, saying hi to them and giving them chocolate when they passed through the lobby. Beautiful spacious rooms and walkable to most of downtown.

When I arrived, they couldn't find my reservation, so they spent ample time figuring things out, and it was not an easy check-in after a long night of traveling with kids. I regret the booking I made, next time I make a last minute booking I'll go with what I know.

We had a king room with the pullout couch and it was great for a family of 4. Nice to have a sliding door to close so we didn't have to listen to the kids. Location was very convenient for our trip to downtown Vancouver.

Service is great. Housekeeper, front desk lady and doorman all are very sweet. Housekeeping service was provided on a daily basis. Location is perfect for us. It's located at a relatively quieter street and super close to everything. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back next time as a family.
