The staff at checkin were fantastic. The people who opened the doors for me and got my luggage up to the room were great. The free breakfast and the staff working the meal are were very good. Unfortunately the screaming lady outside who wouldn’t stop screaming was a little much. The area isn’t the best for families and I was shocked to see how many were there during breakfast. I know this isn’t something that can be changed and totally outside of the control of the hotel but something to be noted. The hotel itself is great and all the people who work and would highly recommend for a certain type of clientele as it is very convenient. But not for everyone.

The room was on a level two flor specifically told the personnel I was using it exclusively to sleep for 6 hours and they gave me a room on the street basically. No double Payne windows al the noise for the street came an in addition to having these types of windows the cold came in the room trough them so the room was always cold. And the AC when turned up to heat the room. AC did not smell great so decided to leave it off altogether. To put the children to sleep I always use cartoons there were no kids cannels on the tv and no easy way to use Netflix

Fabulous stay here had junior suite was immaculate, staff welcomed us warmly and took bags up to room immediately and met us there, amenities are fabulous L’Occitane and Nespresso in room, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was brilliant. Could not fault anything at all.

The staff in the lobby were incredibly helpful in showing us how to get to the points of interest. The aquarium and Granville Island are walkable in under an hour, and it was safe for my 8yo daughter and I to do both of those on our own. The mall and Metro are within a block of the hotel entrance. There was a bit of traffic-related noise throughout the night, but that was to be expected being a downtown hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The tv had channels that were mostly news and sports (no kids channels). The breakfast was amazing (7-10am). Two hot options and one cold, and they were all great and left us very full.

Amazing place! I’m so happy I stayed here. Only for three nights but I wanted to stay more just because of how amazing the location is. The hotel itself is clean and staff is very amicable, and the free breakfast options I very good! I did not try the in-house steakhouse, but went three times to the bar and had a great time. As a solo traveler this place is amazing! I bet as a couple or even family would be great too. Definitely staying here next time.

Exceptional service. Very friendly staff. Attention to detail. Comfortable, well appointed room. Wonderful breakfast. Great location. We will definitely return and tell family and friends to book at the St. Regis Hotel.

We stayed for two nights with a toddler - and found it to be very child friendly. Everyone was professional and kind, and it was easy check in and out. Great location for walking , nice breakfast included. Would definitely recommend.

The front desk staff were so great and helpful with information. The staff at the restaurant made you feel like you were family at breakfast and later for drinks. the hotel is in the heart of everything and made is assessible to travel easily.

Our stay was fantastic! The front desk employees were so friendly and offered recommendations to us. The room was perfect! My kids loves the chocolates each day! The breakfast was delicious and the wait staff was awesome as well. We will stay here again!

WOW...Absolutely amazing Hotel. I have been traveling a lot lately and I have to say this is the BEST Boutique hotel I have ever stayed in...bar none. From the moment we arrived the service was over the top and not from just one employee but from every single one we meet. The St Regis is perfectly situated in the middle of downtown Vancouver an easy walk to everything. I can't say enough good things about this property. And when it comes to FREE BREAKFAST at hotels we all think ok fake eggs...bad pancakes and processed sausage...Oh my gosh, not here the breakfast was the best I have had and better then most I have paid for in my travels. Our junior suite was perfect for my wife and daughter ad I to have room to move around and the fit and finish was top shelf. I will never stay at any other hotel in Vancouver. This team has made a customer for life and a raging fan.
