Loved the convenience, great staff pleasant, room great. Dislike junkies, zombie area. Walked 3 blocks down with my kids. it was scary.

Wonderful! Room was spacious for a small Family and patio was great for the kids. Bed was very comfortable. Pool needs a cleaning but overall it was a great stay.

The property was great and the outdoor heated pool was a huge hit with the kids. The room service was excellent and quick. The amenities were ok but it took a long time to get a turning and our bathroom amenities were never replenished.

The hotel was busy and in nice location. Room was clean. We’re a family of four, sharing a double (full) size bed was a manageable but small, preferred a queen size. The self parking was $45 per night that was a shared with shopping patrons so just be aware.

The hotel is quiet, but excellent location. Really appreciated the eco-friendliness of the bathroom amenities, including the toothbrush that Fairmont provided when I forgot my own. I wish the bedding for the sofa bed was as luxurious as the king bed in the bedroom. Loves the different food options in ARC for our family with multiple food allergies. Servers Baba and Milan were so friendly and helpful

Family with young kid stayed during February 2023 Family Day long weekend. Hotel is centrally located with many places of interest within working distance such as Canada Place, Fly Over Canada. Lot of restaurants in the waterfront and other streets to choose from. Hotel offers underground parking for extra fee and connected to the lobby by elevator. Very convenient. We stayed in a room on the 7th floor with view of the water. Swimming pool, hot tub and the gym on the 3rd floor is great. Overall clean room, good housekeeping done daily. Overall a pleasant stay with the family.
