Great place...always stay here when visiting family Restaurant is top shelf as well

There were a number of issues: Coffee maker would not work first night Coffee maker on 11th floor would also not work Tea bags and water were not replaced in either my room or my family's room daily We stayed 8/9 nights Parking garage (P6 &P7) was full one night and I had to find alternative location - P5 and then go back down with decal so I would not be towed. Car spaces were difficult to maneuver into as I had a midsize SUV No extra passes for gym even though there were only 3 other guests using it at the time. Charged twice for initial drink in the restaurant. Staff could not understand my needs or clearly explain my bill at check out.

This was our first stay at the EXchange and we will absolutely be back. The service was amazing. They had cake and chocolates in our adult kids room after learning it was their birthday and that was the reason for our stay. From the front desk to the concierge everyone was thoughtful and eager to make every guest’s stay wonderful.

The location of the hotel is super convenient (2 min walk from Waterfront Canada Line Station). We arrived in the morning and got checked-in right away. All staff are very friendly. Will definitely recommend the hotel to friends & family.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Exchange Hotel. The location is great, close to many restaurants, skytrain, shopping stores. The staff is very friendly and professional. The only thing is that after booking through Hotel.com 3 weeks and paying the entire balance. The hotel charged my credit card again on the night we checked in for the total amount. After noticing it i called and asked to speak to a manager and was told that a glitch had taken place and a refund was being issued. I was not impressed

This was my first time in Vancouver and so it was all new for me. This hotel made me feel so welcome, they were accommodating. Their staff are so polite and friendly. Nice and clean environment. I would definitely recommend this hotel for my friends and family and would definitely stay here again! Great job!

My family and I had an amazing week stay in this hotel. The place is very clean and staffed with excellent customer service oriented people from the front desk, bell service, concierge and to the housekeeping. A very convenient location to explore gastronomic places and the main attraction points of downtown Vancouver. If you are in for a nature walk, it is not too far from Stanley Park where you can take a walk or hike. Ending our trip with an amazing delectable Mediterranean dine-in experience at the Hydra Estiatorio. Thank you Exchange Hotel to a very pleasant memorable vacation!

The hotel & rooms are clean, friendly professional customer service, easy to find, and the only thing I didn’t like was the showers not having a door or curtain - when you shower it splashes outside the shower area and the bath mat gets soaked. Other than that I was a happy customer, and my kids loved it, and they want to go back again sometime in the future.

We were a family of 4 adults and paid the extra persons fee (60 CAD per night). However, the housekeeping staff could not seem to follow the front desk's notes to provide enough amenities (towels, cups, etc.) for 4. What's worse is they would not replace dirty glasses/mugs with new ones. It took us 4 days of reporting this issue to front desk to finally resolve it. I appreciate the free breakfast and discount on the overall stay as compensation, but I would rather the service was right from the beginning. Other disappointing notes were the dustiness of the tablet/nightstand and the poor water pressure of the shower. The sheets were not changed daily (you could keep track based on the stains), yet there was no info to explain this practice as most other hotels would.
