We travel to Edmonton almost every year. Have family there, but more convenient to stay in a hotel. This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this hotel. Love it. Good breakfast.

Needed two rooms next to each other for family as requested and promised but were given two rooms far, far apart. Not keeping to promise was disheartening.

Perfect for our short stay after our flights from Montreal. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and the breakfast (that is included) is perfect to start our road trip in Alberta.

Was clean and great for the kids. Unfortunately, volleyball teams swarmed the area and decided to run up and down the halls until 1:00am. Sound was a bit of a problem.

I upgraded to the top floor for quietness but it wasn’t that quiet. We had some kids knocking on our door then run away a couple times. Rooms close to the elevator shouldn’t be advertised as quiet. All in all I’ll continue to stay with your establishment.
