At first I was put on a pet friendly floor (1st & 2nd floors of this hotel) & it was very noisy. Dogs barking until midnight, kids screaming & running up & down the halls. Asked for a no pets floor & staff relocated me to the top floor (5th). Much quieter. Breakfast food (included) was below average. Staff were very nice but I would not stay here again.

Had an excellent sleep, beds comfy room was so spacious. Easy check in and out. Check out Staff was friendly, Tanya was the lady who checked us out, very friendly. I definitely would book again with my family. 👍

The hotel staff let a big group of people party and get drunk in the lobby. The pool was full of wild people that jumped and risk the safety of the other guests. People with there kids was playing in the hallway out of our rooms, we couldn’t sleep. The food selection was made to accommodate only people that eat pork, no alternative for Muslims, Jewish or vegetarian. The hotel manager keep lying and cover for those issues instead of trying to fix it.

The room was large and beds comfortable, except for that pullout couch, those are terrible. We would have liked to have room cleaning daily, instead of every other day. And next time we book, we will ensure there are no hockey teams booked at the same time. There were parents drinking in the halls and kids yelling and running around until late into the night. That's no reflection on the property or staff though. Overall, we would stay here again.

The staff were pretty amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I had a great stay! That matters to us. We will stay here again :)

It was ok, and a tad disappointing. The hotel was full of kids because of several tournaments in town so the hot tub and pool area was very nosy and full all the time. Breakfast by 9am almost everything was gone and someone pulled the fire alarm at 5am. Not a nice way to wake up Sunday morning when on a relaxing weekend trip. Otherwise hotel was great except wish we had know about the judo tournament.

When we showed up they told us the pool was not working, they should have us let know prior to give us option to stay elsewhere. There was also hockey and ringette teams staying at the hotel and they would use the entire public sitting area for team meals so we could not enjoy this space and when they finished the kids would play in the hallway till 1am not impressed I'll never pick a hotel with a shared space again

Most honest review. Checked in Jan 14 when it was -38 outside and everything was going great until I got into my room to find someone had left the AC unit on and it was 14c in the room. It took 4 hours to warm up the room to 23. When I approached the front desk person they were very passive about it and said they would pass on the information to the maintenance crew?? No offer to move rooms, no "I'm sorry here is a blanket" given my kids were already settled and I had ordered pizza. we just left it as is. beside that, everyone else was friendly and the place was in great condition. Probably the best morning breakfast I've had at a hotel.
