After not having been informed that we had to let the front desk know by 10am if we wanted our room cleaned, we requested clean towels as we had used them for that day. We were told they would be brought to our room. None ever came. So I requested again and none ever came. When I complained about not receiving clean towels for 2 days, I was told the staff were very busy. Hardly an excuse for basic requirements when staying in a hotel. I would NEVER recommend this hotel and I would encourage people to not waste their money here. Though the 2 front end ladies were very nice and said they were doing what they could, that in no way excuses not receiving clean towels for a families in 2 Juior Suites and paying for 6 adults and also having 4 children, all of which were a part of the resevation.. We were left with no towels to get ready and I had splurged on suites. To spent $1300.00 + dollars for a family get-away and receive this pathetic level of service, I would rate my exprience here as 0.

I found the bed a little too hard for me and my travel companion Other wise it was fine Lots of small kids at the time we were there. I think the breakfast is a big draw and the pool for families

We sat in the room for about 15 minutes and there was a dog barking and kids running up and down the hall. The noise was constant and so loud it was like there was no noise insulation. When we called the front desk we mentioned what was going on and the girl told us that she would check us out at the front desk no problem. So we then looked for and booked another hotel. When we went to the front desk she told us that the bill was still charged to the credit card. We could not believe this as she made it sound over the phone that she would help us just get checked out she didn’t mention anything about billing us and in the meantime, I put another charge on my credit card for a new room. She told us that all hotels are super noisy and we should just expect that and she can’t do anything it hotel policy to still charge full price. We will never come back to this hotel and we will recommend everyone else not to. We found another hotel around the same price point and it was much cleaner and more quiet.

The room was clean, modern, and spacious. We stayed in room# 102 that was right beside the pop/candy vending machines. Anytime somone or group of people used them, you could hear everythint they said or did as if they were in the room with us. Groups of screaming kids fighting over candy was my favorite part. Additionally, you could hear people walking above you very clearly, as if they were stomping every step. Not really a fault of the hotel, but just something to keep in mind for that specific room.

Suite with a kitchenette is a great option however the cookware & supplies were not good. The stovetop hot plate is too small and the sink is too deep. A family of 5 should be given the appropriate amount of plates/bowls/silverware and towels! Because we were given enough for only 2 people I constantly had to ask the front desk for more supplies. The hotel overall was comfortable and clean and the staff was helpful

Likes: no carpet in rooms, updated decor, good breakfast options, clean rooms. Dislikes: family friendly = loud. Our room was near breakfast area and the same hallway as pool. Recommend asking for an upper floor room. Breakfast was under staffed and they struggled to keep tables clean and enough clean dishes. Breakfast area looked like a bomb had gone off. Hot tub is the size of a tea cup. Overall, my family will look for a new spot for our next trip.

Went for a girls weekend and ended up getting a room by the elevator. Must of been sports tournaments that weekend as it was super noisy and the kids played in the elevators till late. Would have been better to be moved knowing there were that many kids on the floors. Very clean other wise. Breakfast had many options as well. More fruit choices would have been nice.

The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, my family and i all liked the breakfast and the pool/hot tub were open until midnight which we loved, the kids burn off some steam after driving all day and i got to have a soak before bed.
