WE had trouble getting the room we reserved. The hotel finally gave us a free room . They wanted to give us a room with one bed and one sofa bed, but we could not sleep on the sofa because I cannot sleep on a sofa bed. The room we reserved was not ready for us and was therefore not available. The hotel is very family friendly and the breakfast was good.

First off the front staff was amazing and made for an easy check in. (Room Keys are very sensitive to magnets etc phones. Cards) so we had to make multiple trips to the front to redo the cards. No problems. Our room was great. Happy for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash installed in the shower. Needed more towels once and called and they arrived in minutes. Mini golf was set up around the main lobby. Kids loved this. And also a slurpie station in the lobby. Family hit. Pool was great. Kids had fun. Continental breakfast was cereal. Yogurt. Toasts. Eggs. Meat. Hash brown wedges. Coffee and drinks. Was good and a great bonus to our stay to have breakfast. Mall is 4 minutes away. The ring road(Anthony Henday) is 5 mins away. Can't get a better location. Price was great. I'd stay here every time I come to Edmonton with my family

I feel I received fair value during my stay at this hotel, which was dated but undergoing a facelift. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel is within walking distance of the West Edmonton Mall. A welcome convenience was the complimentary coffee (almost) always available in the lobby, as well as free slushees in the afternoon. Good hotel for families as it has a pool and a small indoor minigolf to keep kids entertained.

We stayed because of the location, price, free breakfast and pool. We were not aware it was under construction. The ladies at the desk were quite flustered and seemed very confused. We got there late so didn’t use the pool. My toddler was going to have a bath but there were small curly black hairs in the tub!? So we opted out of that. We were really grossed out by having someone else’s hair in the tub. We really just slept and used the sink to wash our faces/brush teeth. Breakfast was nothing special but was okay. Toast, cereal, scrambled eggs, yogurt. If you are celiac (which we have learned in the past already) don’t expect to find anything you can eat.

Staff have been nice and had empathy for us displaced families from the wildfire.

Was under renovation, hotel staff were understanding allowing us to cancel our rooms. Didn’t feel safe staying there with an infant while under renovation other than that would’ve loved to stay

It was a weekend visit to family in Edmonton. Room was spacious and comfortable. There are several dining options in the vicinity from fast food drive thru to sit down service. Easy access off East bound 100 Avenue.
