The only downside to our stay was the noise from the kids running around on the floor above. Other than that, our stay was excellent and we would definitely stay there again. The room was clean and the staff were very professional.

Very convenient & ideal place for families

Customer service is the worst I have ever had. In paid for early check in.. They just said when I walked in " it's not check in time yet". I asked if they would like my name first before saying that. Did not explain how breakfast worked, I was there for six days and only got two breakfast tickets and was treated poorly when I asked for the rest. I had to check out due to a family emergency and it took 30 minutes. Had to go check the room before I could leave. I have never had that happen. Internet doesn't work. I had work meetings and had to go to Starbucks every day. My own data was used and I now have to pay Many ppl smoking outside every door and very sketchy area.

Stay was alright at best. Arrived with rooms booked and paid for, yet it still took 35 minutes at the check in desk. Kids running and screaming in the lobby, pets barking as well. To make the best of it, we get placed in a room across from a family with a dog that was barking all night long with no option to switch rooms. Outside of our poor experience, the facility was clean and located in a good area. Definitely felt safe.

Good place for a family to stay

The stay was excellent. I would certainly recommend to family and friends. I thought the mattresses were a bit too firm, but that is a personal preference and I understand that overall need is pretty difficult to gauge. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

Am a business traveller and have traveled very often over past 25 years. During all that time, have never stayed at a property for a week and had to call 3 times on 3 differing days for room service. I believe I am a pretty low maintenance client. I will use 1 towel a day untill all 3 in the room have been used, after which I want fresh towels and the rest of the room freshened up to. That fashion of service doesnt happen here. Clearly staff that answer the phone from guests do not give a rip about how unproffessional this is. On and off have been visiting this property at least annualy for a approx 15 years ... I will not be returning. The value of the room has increased significantly while the service is likewise reduced. I suppose the pills left for days on the elevator floor became the last needed demonstration of an indifference to service. The elevator to VIP floor was not properly cleaned over the Wed-Fri period those pills were there. I have no reason to believe that any disinfecting was happening in the common areas of the VIP floor. Not sure what that implies over the rest of the property. Just dont bring your kids here! Bottom line - this property has been allowed to slip below an acceptable standard. I recommend you stay elsewhere. I write many reviews of Hotels/Motels/Resorts and Dining Rooms while I travel. I believe this is the poorest review I have ever felt compelled to share.

We checked in as two groups of 2 for a girls weekend. We realized one of our rooms had adjoining rooms so we asked for the other room to be closer to each other. We were told the room was down for maintenance. Not a problem…. Until 1:00 am when the family in the room next to us were noisy. I understand that kiddos can be a handful in a hotel, but why don’t you try to put them to sleep. At 2:00am I ventured downstairs and asked for someone to address this as they were banging on the adjoining door and attempting to open the handle. If it’s “down for maintenance” then there shouldn’t be anyone in there. We were given another room and moved ourselves into a different floor for the remainder of our stay. But this could have been avoided had they A) put our friends in that room or B) didn’t place guests (that are unknown to eachother) side by side with only a door between them.

Our room was fine but there was a lot of guests smoking outside the entire time we were there. I know it’s not the hotels fault but it became excessive and the hallways and room were starting to smell and we had our 4 kids there for vacation which make them feel ill. The breakfast staff and front desk staff were friendly
