Prince Resort

Room had a great view of both the lagoon and the beach. It rained the weekend we were there but it was still nice to be in the living room and look over the area. My family loved being so close to the pier, we walked out on it twice. The lazy river and pools are nice too.

Great views good area for the family. The pier was awesome walking distance from our room. The beach was beautiful seeing the sunset and sunrise. I can’t wait to come back again.

Elevators didn’t work. Over priced for what you got. Very loud and felt unsafe at times. Lady that was either drunk or on drugs was passed out on the pool chairs with kids running around. 1 night stay was all I could stand.

We love it here we stay here almost every year with the family

My overall experience was great. The staff were helpful and friendly. My children and I love our condo and the view. I will definitely come back.

It was beautiful and family friendly. The restaurant was not so good and our kitchen sink only had hot water. I wouldn't have chosen that floor because we were right in front of the swimming pool so I felt like I didn't have any privacy. I would go again though it was overall very nice hotel

My husband and I stayed for a weekend getaway and were totally pleased. Check-in was extremely quick and easy. Everyone on staff was very pleasant and responsive. There was plenty of parking across the street at their other tower. The property was very clean and updated. The room was just as described (1 bedroom condo w/king bed). It was also very clean. We could smell that when we entered the room. That is very important these days. Even though it is a family vacation spot it was very quiet and peaceful. We were also given the option for a 5pm check out at a very discounted rate which was AWESOME. We were able to sleep in on check out day, go to breakfast, do some shopping and then come back and check out. We will definitely return and bring the whole family! And I will be referring friends, family and customers to Prince Resorts.

I didn't realize when I booked a single room that it came with a full kitchen (including dishwasher!) washer /dryer and balcony; but they were a nice surprise. The dining table and four chairs were also a nice touch. But the small living room with it's own TV was extremely welcome as my husband gets up early and likes to watch his shows and relax a while. We both enjoyed the couch to watch TV instead of having to sit on a bed. But the best part was the views!! We asked for a higher room and got the 16th floor. We were facing the inlet, which had it's own beauty, but we lucked out with the end room on the North side. We had the back window PLUS a huge window-wall on the side that gave us a stunning view of the ocean and the North part of the city. It was gorgeous - we truly didn't want to leave! The room was spacious and had a large bedroom closet complete with safe and regular-sized ironing board and iron. A full-length mirror was tucked around a corner and the room was a bit tight, but the bed made up for it! TV comfortable with plenty of plump pillows... An extra pillow and blanket for someone on the couch. The full sized coffee maker made the usual packs provided, but it you are particular about a good cup, as I am, bring your own and filters. Creamer, etc, you'll need, too. The pool in the 2nd tower was medium sized, but the lazy-river made up for it! Totally relaxing. There's a great pool for little ones to safely play in, as well. All-in-all, we had a wonderful trip!

Great amenities and staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great environment for families with several different pools and hot tubs. Hotel room was clean and stocked with everything you would need for the kitchen except a scrub sponge. The views out all of the windows were beautiful and would recommend to stay, would definitely look here again.

The parking garage is to narrow for 2 cars to get around the corners as you going up and down, the gate to get into the private parking section for the hotel was difficult to work they has to have some poor kid sit in the garage to help get people in and people flew thru each floor. The entrance to get in to check in, in tower was was even more narrow than the garage had barely enough room to pull in and out.
