Quality Inn & Suites North Myrtle Beach

There was only two pleasant people that worked here a black gentlemen in late afternoon and a white sorry heavy set guy that worked nights. The rest was really rude nasty and hatedul to me and my disabled child. The property was nasty and dirty, would not clean our room after asled several times. Tried talking and making arrangements to talk to management and was constantly avoided. Breakfast was fale advertising as they state full hot breakfast and it isnt wasnt even continental brealfast and the elder white lady made sure stuff wasnt out for us to eat what little they had the bananas was so green u couldnt bit into them the cereal was stale the little bit of bread loaf they had out was molded constantly and the waffles always stuck so watered down mixture and machines were broke and my daughter got yelled at for making one that burnt and stuck so bad wasnt even fully cooked so threw away and tried again to even get fussed out for trying again not to mention watched the older lady turn juice mahcine off on us and wouldnt turn back on was only putting 2 to 3 yogurts out for when we were around so we couldnt get even yogurt no oatmeal out when she worked coffee was old n nasty not made fresh til the 2 gentlement at night came. The room was horrible beds so uncomfortable the sheets n blankets looked and smelled molded the bathroom was nasty i brought my own cleaning supplies n blankets n cleaned our room but do not stay here worse experience ever with a quality inn.

Nice, clean hotel. Decently priced when I made My reservation. This is my family second time staying here.

More than anything, the Staff, Ken, English Julia, and Clarence, were friendly and helpful. Small details were appreciated, elevators, AC units, TV/remote worked well, shower had two places to place your bar of soap so it didn't melt. Negatives...bigger bathmats might help, and the tub outside you folks call a "swimming pool" was both funny & sad...3 babies fill it up. Lastly $170 for one night was "so overpriced." But a nice stay, I recommend your facility. Stephen Hill

No hot water the whole time we were there. Couldn’t wash faces or take showers or bathe our kids. It did not seem shocking to them when we altered the front desk.

1st. The pool was so dirty I wouldn’t let my kids swim in it. The pool was the main priority. It didn’t even have a pump working! There was trash floating in it. The smallest pool to keep clean and it was disgusting!

The location made it easy to get to the beach, our other destination in NC, and good dining and family activity options. My bed had a metal frame that had a slight squeak on one side.

I called a week in advance to confirm my reservation with them and another 4 hour before were checked it. We drove over 6 hours with 2 kids and we expected the room to be ready so we can take some rest. We were there around 4 pm ( an hour after the regular check in time which is 3 pm) and guess what the room still not really and was told by staffs the room will be ready within 5 mins. I was confuse if they no maid to clean up the room how on earth you will clean the whole room within 5 minutes. Since we were so tired so we decided to stay anyway. As soon as we open the door there was a piece of wet trash in the middle of the door way and not just that and there was the huge puddle under the chairs next to our bed room. I have no idea how they miss these 2 spots if you’re cleaning the room. So we have to use the towel to clean up the mess ourselves. The sad part is that they is not apology or any explanation ( I’ve to asked why the room still not ready) from the staffs who work on that day. Everything else is perfectly fine.

Although they claim it recently renovated, all beds including kings have pillows no bigger than couch pillows… ridiculous.. Also towels the size for small kids and only two… Definitely felt I was staying in a low budget hotel..

Everything was great except breakfast. Only waffle sausage and egg biscuit and apple and banana. Two cereal choices. Nothing else. No kidding. What we usually get at hotels was not here.

Very nice hotel to stay in. This was our second stay and we didnt realize it was spring break. So there was more kids runnimg up and down the halls late mornings. Otherwise this is a perfect location to dining and shopping.
