Beach Cove Resort

This was our first time at Beach Cove, and it definitely won’t be the last. What an absolutely wonderful place to stay. From multiple pools and multiple hot tubs to a lazy river and then easy access to the beach. What more can you ask for. Wonderful for kids as they had a great time and tons of dining options and shopping options. Will definitely return.

Great experience overall. Beds are comfortable, plenty of room in the 2 bedroom condos, seating is abundant, games available for kids in the cabinets (I’m sure this varies with which condo you stay in), beautiful view from the room, staff are all nice and helpful. Only issue was they kind of rush to check out but I know they are busy. Lazy river back open as of 8/21! All pools available and were well kept. Maintenance crews even nice! Wonderful weather this time and an all around good experience.

Everything was clean and a very comfortable stay. This was our first stay on the beach and Beach Cove provided exactly what we needed for a quick family trip.

Our stay here was great, the two bed condo was bigger then expected. It also had a pull out couch in a sitting area with a full fridge and microwave. The only downside was the indoor pool and lazy river were closed, but our room we were able to go out to the balcony. The kids loved the pool along with kids pool area. I have a lifted truck so you can only park at the very bottom of the garage or outside fenced area. Wish it would only be for trucks and such due to the rest of the garage cars can park so when you had little cars parking underneath it was hard to get in and out of spots when full.

It was very family friendly. It was my first time staying here with my family and we enjoyed it.

Great room and property for our family.

I was not told BEFORE the booking it is under renovation and they also require a $200 a night deposit (unless you rather pay a non refundable fee) half the things weren’t available that are advertised. The 2 ladies at check in were horrible. They sent me to 819 tower A key doesn’t work come back down oh sorry your 309 A oh no I mean B hold on let me think about it. Sure you think while I drag heavy luggage to wrong buildings. The room was outdated and no thrills. The bathroom was OLD AND DISGUSTING. the bar tender was the only friendly employee I met and he was overwhelmed working solo. Parking garage wreaked of pot and I did not feel safe at all going to and from my vehicle. One elevator was out so took the steps. Those are the ones they use in horror movies. Balcony does over look the ocean but can’t enjoy and relax on it from screaming kids down below.

The stay was ok. I’m familiar with this property and have stayed here many times. The customer service was not the best but wasn’t the worst. First of all upon arrival to drop me off to check in a lady worker(I think manager) was YELLING you can’t park there. Only one elevator worked on each elevator. We were not aware that they were doing construction on the building so as we get to our room a note posted on the door instructed us not to use the balcony!!! We had an ocean front room!!! There was a big scapel ( I think that’s what it’s called) across the entire balcony 😒😒 Why wasn’t we made aware of this upon check in !! Over all my husband and children made sure I had the best Mother’s Day’s weekend ever!!! By the way the bartender at bar and grill was AWESOME!!!

Went to spend time with family. After our second night, our room keys quit working. Had to get new keys… was annoyed

Good for families. Great beach location but the room could use a little remodeling and monitor people leaving towels on pool chairs and returning hours later.
