Hampton Inn Spokane

Front desk person ver efficient and friendly. I lost my drivers license, they found it and mailed it to me right away. We had a family suite, very nice. The included breakfast was very good.

Everything from the check-in to check-out was great. Service was wonderful, the kids had a fun time at the book, breakfast was delicious and my husband enjoyed the gym! Would stay here again.

The suite we stayed in was better than the pictures because it had recently been remodeled. Made for a family, it had two separate sleeping areas with black out curtains and plenty of space. We loved the giant pool but there was too much chlorine in it and all of my kids had really red and painful eyes from it (and we have a pool so they are used to chlorine). Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great as always! Pool is warm enough and large enough that it doesn’t seem crowded when more kids show up.

I was very pleasantly surprised when we arrived, as the pictures I think made it look a bit dated. We had a very nice family room with 2 sleeping areas separated by a door. The fact that they even off this is amazing. It was very clean and well taken care of. VERY roomy. The staff was so lovely and you really can't beat the 24 hour shuttle to and from the Casino! It was SO quick to get downtown as well. It was a short drive to everywhere you might need. We would definitely stay again! Oh the only thing was that the breakfast was a bit lacking. The poppyseed scones were SO GOOD surprisingly... but no biscuits and gravy or anything like that. Just pretty plain.

First five minutes in our room the panel falls off the outlets under the night stand and wires hanging down unsafely and second we set our bag on one of the bed corners and the frame broke and the bed fell to the floor. The breakfast , well the bananas were soft and charcoal black when I brought it to the attendant’s attention he offered to bring more out, that were black as well… there were a giant group of kids (10) jumping and running around the pool and splashing water to the hot tub and getting our things and others wet when I asked for some help redirecting it they said they would and no one came in… and we asked for some shower towels before we left to shower from the pool and she asked why and when are we out.. so overall management and the capability to read a room would’ve helped.

Friendly staff, provided information for further stays. Had a great room with comfortable beds. The best part was the pool for the kids and a good fitness center.

It was quiet the family suite was perfect

Traveling with family and this location has excellent laundry service. The pool was good and hot tub was a positive. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only negative was there was a lot of chlorine in the pool.

Indoor pool was great with our two young kids. Friendly staff. Safe, quiet area. Definitely would come back.
