The staff is so helpful and the property is super accommodating for kids but still “nice” for adults.

The walls were so thin we could sleep with the lady next door moaning !!!! And the load fall steps !!! It was such a bad sleep. My kids had to listen to a woman having very loud sex !! Try to explain that

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Asked for crib for toddler and it was delivered within minutes. Friendly staff. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

There was no power for half the night. They did not have a backup power source. It was so hot that my infant and kids could not sleep and was a nightmare. During the night they apologized saying they would give a discount as they are working on it and will restore the power in a few hours. In the morning when I asked about the discount, they said it was not their issue and a contracting company was responsible for power loss. Not sure how that is not their problem. And they refused to give any discount and would not even talk with common sense.

Nice over night stay. Very clean and felt safe with my family. Not much within walking but a bunch within a short car ride. Restaurant next door was fun and good food
