A great place in a convenient location. The only odd feature was a barn style door to the bathroom, which did not even close well and did not provide sufficient privacy when traveling with others, even family members. The parking situation could be disclosed better too. We had a good time (after embracing the bathroom door design). Great value for the price and location.

Beautiful and unique hotel downtown. Nice modern rooms with plenty of space! Bathroom shower is the best! If you have kids, there is no pool here and parking can be a hassle but still worth it and affordable rates!

Just want to preface this review with the hotel and staff are awesome. The MAJOR issue is what is around the hotel. Parking is very tough (hotel does offer valet parking a block from the hotel), the staff even tells customers NOT to park by the homeless camp literally up the street. The area is very rough and we witnessed some sketchy deals between passing cars and the people in the homeless camp and not a spot I would recommend to families with kids.

From first glance the hotel is gorgeous. Lots of beautiful accents, and decor and the staff is great. Unfortunately, the homeless population shooting fentanyl all around the property, staring into car windows, and yelling at my children for money is where I draw the line. The hotel itself was a nice stay although the shower would not drain and had hair floating in the bottom. I would not eat at the restaurant, we ordered fried ravioli, which came closer to refrigerated temperature than oven temperature and the chicken Parmesan dish, and the chicken Alfredo dish. My wife sent the Alfredo back, which is something we have never considered doing. The parm was not good either.

Great room for a family with 3 kids. We had a king and the 2 nd bedroom had 2 queens. Oversized bathroom between with double sinks and a beautiful double headed shower.

There was no heat in our hotel room when we checked in during a cold snap. We turned the heater on and realized that there was no weather stripping around the window where the heater was inserted, so cold air was just rushing into our room. We cranked it, but the temperature only rose a couple of degrees in an hour, leaving us with a temperature of about 16 celcius. We decided to take the family out to supper so we could escape the cold room, and on our way stopped at the front desk to ask if the heat was, perhaps, faulty. Both employess did not show an ounce of professionalism, customer service skills or ability to troubleshoot. They gave us blank stares and told us that "it's cold outside". They didnt seem to comprehend that even if it's cold outside, it shouldn't be cold inside a hotel room. The beds are horrible and cheap 5" pads, not proper mattresses. No gym. We will never stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, great restaurant. Our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait an hour. It might have been due to our last minute booking, I don’t know. The hotel is pet friendly but you have to walk 3 blocks to get to it. If you have a skiddish dog who isn’t used to the city you will have problem trying to get them down to the green area. There is nothing really in walking distance. The valet cars are parked for 20.00 a night but in an extremely locked and enclosed area, we felt our car was well protected. Overall, I would return the hotel just under different conditions. We were traveling through rather than staying a while. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept well.
