Wingate By Wyndham Spokane Airport

We needed to fly out super early in the morning. This hotel was so convenient! It is close to the airport and there is also a shuttle you can take that leaves every 10mins. They had great grab and go breakfast options too! We had a baby with us and so they also provided a crib. Comfortable bed and everything was clean!

Chose this property because our family had a very early flight the following morning. Check in was easy, front desk agent was very pleasant, the room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable!

The most important thing to me when I'm staying somewhere is the cleanliness. If it's not a clean place, I'm not getting any shut eye. This place was one of the 2 cleanest hotels I've stayed in in the past 5 years (minus the public Women's restroom near the lobby). It never feels good to give my money to an establishment where I can't sleep and I got the best shut-eye at this hotel because our room was cleaned well. Make sure to tip housecleaning! My only "gripe" is that my family went to breakfast at 8:30 and no hot food was available anymore. No eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage, etc. We ate store-bought muffins & cereal so I was disappointed with that after reading all the great breakfast reviews. Also, the young guy that checked us out was completely dismissive...didn't say one word to me while I checked out other than at the end when he said, "you can go now". I had no idea where he was at in the process due to no verbal communication & it seemed like a rude way to send off a patron. I didn't even complain about anything to him...all I said was "we're ready to check out" at around 10am, nobody else up front.

The bed is like heaven after a long day of travel. Very comfy, one of the best hotel beds I have ever slept in and we are a travelling hockey/baseball family.

Our room was dirty and there were a lot of stains on the curtain and shower curtains. There was rust on the bottom of the tub so I couldn’t bathe my infant. The walls were thin so I could hear the men speaking very clearly through the wall. It wasn’t a horrible place to stay. It was decent 5/10… location the the airport is right across the street, you could even walk there. The shuttle runs every 10-15 minutes. It was on time. I would probably stay there again due to the location. But hopefully they do some room upgrades soon.

The stay itself was pretty good. The room size was perfect for our small children. Customer service tho not great.The first instance was asking for a crib that they said they would find and have brought up took over 2 hours which meant one of us couldn't leave the room to take our kids to the pool. And the 2nd was when I called to ask for a late check out and the front desk attendant was rude and didn't communicate with housekeeping who came inside before our extra 30 minutes was even up. Knocked so quitely no one even heard her.

Nice hotel with shuttle to the airport and casino. Only downside was noisy kids stomping and running in the room above us at 5 am

Checked in at 3:30 pm, had a 6:00 am flight to catch. Hotel staff was disenchanted (rude and condescending) with my complaint of another guest waking me at 10:00 pm. 3 complaints made and by 12:30 am was forced to move rooms if I wanted to sleep. Had to wake my 12 year old sleeping child and move all of our things from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor. Was refused compensation by the hotel and expedia.

The service was quite poor - the person who checked me in was sick and sneezing / sniffling as he worked, handing me a pen to sign paperwork with his hands covered in germs. We were awakened at midnight by what felt like a stampede of horses overhead. The floors are SUPER thin and as a result the entire family didn’t sleep at all. The next morning we were told it was a flight crew getting in late and leaving early. It was honestly miserable.

Front desk clerk was rude and made me feel like a huge inconvenience to her since she was talking to her kids on video chat. Room was dirty wall had spills on it, curtain had stains on them, bathroom hand tall had red stain on it. Heater/Ac stunk really bad. Over all room smelled like it use to be a smoking room converted into a non smoking room
