Excellent surprise to walk into this new, beautiful hotel lobby with fantastic tea selection, kiddo games, cozy bar, and an sunny pool and spa area and gym. Rooms are enormous with full kitchen and very quiet with comfortable beds and lovely sheets. So nice to have a 24 hour nice gym (for those of us who cannot sleep!) highly recommended especially after seeing other comparable hotels downtown and in the valley. Definitely great value for the area.

Our room was spacious, with a full fridge and a nice little couch. Everything seemed clean and new. The staff were friendly and helpful. It felt like a very safe area of Spokane. Very peaceful and family friendly. The breakfast was also very nice - with fresh eggs, bacon, sausage links, yogurt, fruit, cereals, and plenty of grain choices. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Our stay was great. Room was nice and clean except for under the couch and couch cushions. When i pulled out the sofa bed i found two quarters and crumbs. Disappointing part was we only got 1 fork, 2 spoons when it was me and two kids in the room. The hotel i used to work at would leave 4 of each utensil (fork, spoon, and butter knife) that is ideal.

Will definitely stay here again! Everything was great; Staff, cleanliness, large indoor pool and spa. The all suites format is perfect for families.
