This hotel is very worn and not well kept. Also, the description of chosen room and pictures online are not accurate. When I questioned the desk staff, they literally said "that room doesn't exist". And "this has been an ongoing problem" for people booking! I was expecting a sofa bed in the room for one of my children and the property staff were unwilling to make any adjustments or bring in a rollaway bed, stating it was against "fire code" but we would not be exceeding the number of people in room (rated at 4). It was promoted as having extra living room and this is the reason for booking this room and property!

The man at the front desk was rude when checking us in. The next morning we went to the pool so the kids could swim, and the hot tub had sort of grime in it, disgusting! The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, thank goodness there was no real emergency, it would have failed to keep us safe. The breakfast was terrible, the buffet serving trays were filthy, like they havent been wiped down, and the guy working breakfast didn’t care either. I will never stay here again!

Our stay was during march madness so the hotel was overtaken by middle school basketball teams who lacked supervision and parental guidance which resulted in endless noise and destruction . Our room was clean and comfortable, our only issue with our room was no hot water . The hotel staff and management were professional, kind and understanding of our concerns. We will return to this hotel in future only not during march madness. I hope the hotel is able to charge the families responsible for the damage that was caused, maybe that will be a lesson to the parents to watch and manage Your children.

Fast che Kim, clean rooms, very close to airport but quiet. We weren’t here to swim but the pool is small, fine if you have kids (we don’t) but nothing special.

We will not be staying here again! The gentleman that checked us in was grumpy and didnt seem to care if we were there or not! The water in the hot tub was green (not even kidding), loud water pipe noises in the walls kept us up... at 9:00am they woke us up by trying to open our door to see if we had left!!! Check out is at 11:00 and we had our do not disturb sign on the door! Stay anywhere else.....

Jennifer in the Pepper’s restaurant was the highlight of our stay. Excellent service. Great with our kids.
