Best Western Plus Peppertree Airport Inn

Online check in with key pick up from kiosk was very helpful and time saving. Room was spacious and clean. Neighboring tenants were noisy and for some reason were up all night with a child running around and being loud in the corridor, but that is not the hotel’s fault. Some people just have no manners. I wish the breakfast coupons were available a night before instead of 7 am in the morning. We had to leave before 7 am and we could have redeemed the promised coupon at the 24 hours Denny’s across the parking lot but those coupons don’t become available before 7 am. So even though the hotel gave us some muffins and yogurt etc, the Denny’s option would have been much better if the coupon is given earlier.

Stayed 3 nights visiting family, bed was comfortable and room was clean. All staff i encountered was friendly and professional from front desk, housekeeping and pool maintenance. Can walk to Dennys for the free breakfast(or $7 off breakfast of your choice) or to a convenient store with Subway in it. Convenient store is also a truck stop. Pool was clean and enjoyed using. Coffee in lobby was great and available 24 hours.

Manageable for a overnight stay like our family did. Didn’t realize it was beside a big truck stop place. There were a lot of strange and mean people around the property. Appreciated the great staff and clean stay, but we most likely will never be coming back.

Flew into Spokane for a family reunion. Check in great, room and breakfast in the morning great. Checked out and was waiting on the property for additional family to arrive before heading out for our reunion when a freak accident caused a medical emergency with my sister. Staff jumped into action, had an ambulance there within minutes. As me and my sister went to the hospital, the manager found a new room for my family to stay and wait for us. They gave us a 2nd room that night as we had to postpone the rest of our trip by a day. They showed care and concern as well as compassion. As a frequent traveler I know this isn’t what you would find at all hotels. To top it all off, after our camping trip in the mountains, we showed up at noon, needing a room hours before check in to take showers and clean up before getting on a late afternoon flight and they made that happen as well. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Spokane. They helped make a difficult time better!
