my room wasn't ready. I booked two queens there was only one. Was told to never book 3rd party that is what happens. It was graduation weekend, so my family and I were out of luck.

Excellent place to stay with family in Cheney. There was a school event with lots of people. The staff handled the rush well, especially the staff handling the breakfast section.

Perfect for traveling with family. Extended breakfast hours were a blessing after a late night arrival from a long day of traveling. I like the way the rooms are set up with the coffee nook. Lighting options also a plus. Room stayed dark and warm thanks to the window coverings. Very clean rooms and friendly staff.

We enjoy staying here when visiting our kid at Eastern, the staff is always friendly and helpful, rooms are always clean. This time we stayed in room 239 with is right next to the outside speaker so we heard the music from 9-9 which sucks if yours trying to sleep in, watch TV or go to bed early. I said something to the front desk so hopefully they will have someone adjust the way the speaker points

Perfect for what we were in town for--to visit family. Place is big enough to have family visit you in the evening. Breakfast was more substantial and tasty than we expected. Will return next time we need a place to stay in town.

New Hotel which is only 2 years old provided excellent service, great breakfast choices. Of course the milk and cookies in the evening is a plus when children are present. Extra pillows was also an added benefit. Quiet room with amenities of a microwave and small refrigerator. Close proximity to Eastern Washington Univeristy, Safeway and Starbucks made hotel location preferable.

The hotel staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. We have three children, and needed a roll-away for our third child. Instead of just giving us the roll-away, they put us in one of their suites that had a hide-a-bed couch in it, at no additional charge. The breakfast was top-notch. Omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy all in addition to the typical bagels and muffins. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.
