This hotel went above and beyond for our family of 10-20 people over the course of a week while our family member was in the hospital next door. They were very accommodating in a very difficult time.

Charlene was on front desk when I checked in, and out, and she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful with any questions I had. The room I stayed in was clean and quiet and comfortable. I was able to walk to a doctor's appointment and not deal with the hassle of the parking garage at the hospital. I would definitely book another stay and recommend to my family and friends.

Close to a lot of different things. Would be a great place to stay if you have a family member in the hospital.

Wife and I came into town on a work trip, we were staying for an extended period and wanted to bring our fur babies. We brought our two cats here with us, and it was lovely. They have super affordable pet fees, way cheaper than any other hotel we looked at. If you are traveling with cats and need an affordable nice hotel, this is the place for you. Would stay here again!

The lady at the front desk was so nice when we checked in! She made everything so quick and easy. We were on the main floor, right down the hall from the front door which was convenient for our family. The only thing I could complain about is their breakfast is small and their eating area is very tiny for how big their hotel is. We weren’t even able to get breakfast our last morning there with how crowded it was. Other than that, there were NO issues. We will definitely be staying here any time we come to Spokane :)

We only stayed one night in Spokane. We arrived late and left early so we can’t comment on the breakfast. The breakfast area was large and nice as we ate our dinner in there before bed. The area around the hotel is mostly medical facilities, so I wonder if this would be a good hotel for family visiting for rehabilitation, etc. the location isn’t bad, but it’s not close to the highway, and the signage to get into the hotel is not clear and easy. Front desk was nice, but they did ask for names and ages of all people staying in our room. I had to write them for her-we thought this was strange. I’m 45 years old and have stayed in hotels my whole life, and I’ve never done that. The condition of the room was just older and outdated. It wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t spotless either. Towels in bathroom had stains on them, but for one night we survived. We wouldn’t come back.
