Very clean, nice facilities and friendly staff. All the staff I encountered were so friendly and polite. Breakfast staff were very courteous and friendly, offered my children a sucker after their breakfast. Front desk staff were always courteous and helpful. One of my favorite stays in Spokane yet.

We had a great time and enjoyed the breakfast and cleanliness of the hotel. We stayed here for a basketball tournament and they treated our kids well and were super patient. Thank you!

Noisy at times mainly because guests who stayed above our room arrived at 2am and were not very quiet. Occasional noise from cars outside. Not much in walking distance. Came here for our kid’s soccer tournament which was only a short distance from the fields. Very nice cheerful staff.

The two guys at the front desk were complete gentleman and very caring. The stay was amazing and I’d like to point out Sunny-she was amazing. She offered my two babies coloring pages and crayons and greeted us so kindly at breakfast. On my way checking out was a little disappointing because a guy was distracted on the work phone at the front desk and could have offered to assist me with my bags and getting me a luggage cart but as a single mom i can do it lol. I will stay again!

I like how I was greeted and recognized with a good attitude and noticed how every employee greeted us every time we walked passed them. Pool and fitness is 24hours definitely a plus for the kids & I. Breakfast was very delicious, area was very clean and neat. The breakfast attendant greeted my family , felt very welcome . Gave my kids lollipops to cheer them up in the morning. Overall everything was great and top tier

The staff at this location is exceptionally nice and accommodating. We chose to stay here again after an initial visit due to the good experience we had. Great for families.

The staff were by and large so helpful and friendly. My family was so happy to see accommodations for purchase at the front desk, and the free breakfast was better than a very expensive one we got in the city. I really appreciated the free parking too!! The only downside was that it's directly next to a hospital and there were a lot of helicopters landing at night. If you are sensitive to noise while sleeping this may be hard.
