Clean , spacious room a bathroom. Shower was outstanding good pressure adjustment for pulsating etc. Surprised no ice machine on 2nd floor! Appetizer - hummus / carrots/ celery generous portions. Service at desk was good loved the “wheel of fortune “ an Hershey bars of milk chocolate. Good location nearby restaurants an shopping centers. Visits to Sentra Hospital, Northfolk to see family was quick 15 minute trip at the tunnel exit.

Despite being there during the Microsoft outage, the staff made the check-in process as simple as they could. I was checking into two rooms with my elderly mother and toddler grandchildren, this could have easily been a disaster (like my flight in), but it wasn’t. Kudos to the staff.

The whole staff is like a family, then they treated us like a part of that family. They made this trip and this hotel very memorable for us. Before we left, we told them “we are family now”. The complimentary in room coffee is delicious too! Even the Starbucks employees in the hotel are amazing! Same treatment from them. The food there is great too!

The #101 room was okay. It smells musty. The bathroom needs to be renovated. The tiles and ceiling are crackled. Would not come back again when we visit our family in Suffolk.

I actually enjoyed my 1-night stay. Everything was neat clean; it was quiet for the most part until another guest came to the wrong door and tried to get in. But overall, the hotel was very accommodating and the staff there was awesome very well mannered. Nicole was a sweetheart and very kind. Good Job. I would recommend family to stay there.

This was my 2nd stay here and sadly it wasn't as good, the shower curtain had mold growing on it and there was hair behind the the door in the bathroom. I know this was beyond the staffs fault but there was a kids hockey team staying there and most of the day Sunday they were in the hallway playing.
