Our son was deploying from the Naval station, he lived very close to the hotel. This is a fantastic location for anyone visiting their family members at the Norfolk Navy Base. The staff was very friendly. Nothing bad at all to say about this Hotel.

The property was nice staff is great. The only issue is the beds are very hard they were uncomfortable for my family. But if you like a hard bed things will be perfect.

I found the experience most welcoming and accommodating for my family and me. We were greeted by helpful, polite and respectful staff who went the distance to make us comfortable. This was the first real trip with the grandchildren who found the room, breakfast area, pool, whirlpool and facilities fun and equipped to meet all our needs. The heating and air unit was the quietest I ever found in any hotel. Penny was most gracious and kind in all her service delivery.

This was our 2nd visit to the Hampton at norfolk naval base, Both times to visit with our Son-in-law and daughter and now grandbaby! Both times pleased with how we were taken care of. Due to distance we tend to check in quite late always greeted pleasantly. The room clean and comfortable, Breakfast decent and really good coffee! Nice to use the hot tub to workout the kinks of traveling.
