We love everything about the Hilton, it’s always super clean, the staff are always friendly and helpful… They even caught me overloaded with bags plus my infant son they offered to help carry our things in 😃 we need more of this friendliness in the world. We WILL be back soon

If this stay had come at a much lower price, it would have been okay. However, at the rate for which I paid, I was very disappointed. I was relieved we only booked an overnight stay because my family and I were not comfortable showering in the hotel. The anti-slip tread in the bathtub and the shower curtain were visibly dirty, and there were also several hairs left behind. The rest of the room appeared clean and tidy, and the lobby was very nice, but overall this was just not what I would expect from a 4 star property at this price point.

Great hotel experience. Very clean lots of activities to do whether you are staying in the hotel or going around near other places near the hotel. Great vacation spot whether it’s for a family or just for couples or any occasion I would definitely recommend to family and friends

Beautiful hotel just steps from the water. Amazing location!! Great for my family of 4. The restaurant on the ground floor has AMAZING fresh seafood. Will continue to stay here everytime we're in Norfolk

This hotel has altered the focus to their restaurants and lounges which attracts a younger crowd which for families makes walking through the lobbies a learning experience. The elevators are clearly marked for restaurants and rooms but due to covid everyone has to wait in the same area so on the weekend it’s bustling with party goers and you g couples. Not bad if that’s your desires but with a family it was a bit to manage. It wasn’t always like this but I think covid has caused them to get business in other areas
