Hampton Inn & Suites Chesapeake-Square Mall

The room was nice and big, very clean. The shower head had a leak at where it came out of the wall. They allowed dogs but only up to 75lbs and no more than 2. There’s a $75 deposit per dog. Also there’s a $50 security deposit but you get that back after checkout and they’ve ensured there are no damages to the room. The pool looks really beautiful but is no available for use beyond gazing upon through the door. I don’t know how long this has been unavailable but they took away the keycard pad and replaced it with a blank wall plate. That was very disappointing to the kids. The breakfast was very good and they had a nice variety of food and drinks available.

The pool was not opened I stayed there before and the pool was not open as advertised that was disappointing for my family. I stayed at this same hotel before and the pool was not open so I would like to know the time the pool has been inoperable

I loved staying here. It was clean and I felt safe traveling with my young child. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even when I had an issue with my reservation it was cleared up in no time. Definitely recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

This Hampton Inn hotel was very clean with aesthetically pleasing interior decor. Furniture and draperies were in great condition and presented a beautiful room. Carpets were clean, and the room we stayed in had no unpleasant odors. There staff were absolutely wonderful! They were so pleasant and helpful. We did have one plumbing mishap where the handle from the shower faucet actually fell off when my son was turning off the shower water. The handle was actually stripped, and we could not turn off the water by hand or by temporarily reattaching the handle. The desk staff member responded immediately and tried to remedy the situation by bringing some pliers in an effort to turn the water valve to the off position. It wouldn't budge. She immediately switched our family to a different room of the same quality and had management address the plumbing problem. This was at 10:20 P.M. Although it was some trouble to repack everything and move to a different room on a different floor, the staff did their utmost to make the transition as quick and smooth as possible. On a different note, the complimentary breakfast was wonderful! There was a large variety of food items available, and the dining area was super clean and neat. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Everyone was so nice and friendly. I would recommend this hotel ro my friends and family.
