I was truly surprised and impressed when my family and I walked into the room. I was totally expecting it to be like a regular hotel, but it was more like an apartment. I really appreciate the full kitchen in there as we were able to buy and put groceries in the full size fridge, cook on the stove and it also have a dishwasher and a full sink. It was clean throughout upon entry. The tub was rather small but, clean so that’s a plus. But the bonus for me was there are two televisions in the unit!!! I highly recommend!!! Oh and seeing the welcome screen with my name was the highlight for me 😊 very pleased with our stay here! Thank you!

The room was dirty. There was a birthday balloon on the ceiling from the previous residents. My kid was walking barefoot and her feet were black from the floor being dirty. There was an old man trying to peak in our room. Service was ok, but I didn’t like the $250 deposit I had to pay. Usually at hotels there’s only a $50 deposit.

This place was perfect for a family trip on a budget. Pro-tip: Bring your own paper towels and dish soap, but the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Our grandkids loved it and suited our needs perfectly!

First time I come to these facilities and I loved it, perfect for my family. The only detail in the cleaning was that I found dog hair and food. I consider cleaning the floor a little better. I have a 2-year-old girl and she had the nugget of dog food in her hand and we don't have pets!! If you accept pets in the facilities, at least improve the maintenance of the floors in other people's rooms clean a little 🙌

Everything about the property was great except the cleanliness of the rooms. Our floors were so dirty they turned our feet black. There was black hair everywhere and my family is blonde. There were stains on the couches and something all over the back wall.

We chose stayApt because we wanted to have a kitchen. The suite was very clean. Things work as intended. However, the fan of the air conditioner was louder compared to other hotels. We could hear the foot steps of upstairs. They seemed to have an active toddler running all the time, even after 11pm. Sleeping was challenging in this environment. Furthermore, the street light was not completely blocked by the curtain, so the room was still somewhat lighted during the night. I would stay here again if it's on the third floor and on the side without street light.

Staff was nice, especially Krystal. The hotel itself lacks quality although it looks fairly new. Staff leaves at around 7 and doesn't return until the next day. The kitchen dishes are very limited to 4 so you have to wash and rewash to have a meal. Linens on bed looked clean but they didn't smell fresh. Linens and pillow for pull-out sofa were smelly and had marks on them. There are soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower so bring your own. There isn't a sundry, so if you forget something, you'll have to drive. Fortunately this is very close to Lackland and we were there for my son's BMT graduation. The hotel is good enough since we weren't there much of the time. However, when we cooked, it was a headache. The only oven dish they give you is a pizza pan and ours was missing so we had to catch housekeeping and ask. Honestly, if you're low key living and don't mind little kids making noise at night (I'm fine with it), this is an okay place and you can save some money and health since you do have a kitchen.
