Ramada by Wyndham San Antonio Near SeaWorld/Lackland AFB

Close to freeway and family friendly!

I was in town for a graduation at Lackland AFB. So this location was nearby. The beds/pillows were comfy and clean. You are right off the freeway/busy intersection which was loud at times. Overall, it was budget friendly and worked out well for myself and family.

Myself, wife, and babies Stayed Tuesday - Friday for my Brother’s graduation from the Air Force and it was great. We arrived late at night and at first had our reservations, the room was very clean, we and the kids slept great. I would just like to compliment all of the staff. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Thanks for the great stay.

Very clean - Excellent for family

Upon arrival the facility seemed decent. When I checked into my room, the staff was friendly. To be totally honest, the mattress was pretty comfortable for a hotel. My issues with the facility was the noise. The air conditioning unit in our room was extremely loud while running and sounded like an airplane taking off when it would kick on. My biggest issue with this hotel would have to be the fact that there was no curfews in place. Neighboring rooms were extremely loud inside and outside. The walls seemed really slim as you could hear every footstep from the above floor. Doors were constantly being slammed shut too. The BIGGEST complaint I have is the hotel staff calling my room at 1:30 A.M. asking me if everything was ok. I was told they received complaints regarding my room being loud. When I received this call my wife and 7 year old son were in bed trying to sleep. The hotel staff member asked me if everything was okay outside, implying my room was causing the disturbance outside. I told the receptionist that my family and I had been in bed for the past 3 hours and we were well aware of the noise going on but were not the involved party. All in all the fact that the staff could not determine nor control or enforce a curfew was very disappointing and upsetting. Being called at 1:30 A.M. and being accused of something was absolutely infuriating.

For the price was good, my room was very clean and it was confortable, the staff were very nice and my children loved the break fast, two 👍👍 to miss Teresa whom serve the food and was there all the time

We had a family trip and our stay was excellent, would definitely recommend this place, breakfast was great they kept serving more until the time it was over unlike other places that stop when it’s getting close to the end. Awesome job!

Our stay was great!! Clean rooms comfy beds..the kids loved breakfast each morning.. checking was awesome front desk staff were warming I could stay here again!

Had reservations and was given the option to pay for my stay when I arrived, I phoned hotel and let them know I was going to check in later then expected and was given an ok no problem response as I headed up to hotel on the road with my family phoned hotel and they let me know my stay was cancelled and they had no other rooms for me. Very unprofessional after we had clearly had an agreement I would be arriving later that evening, I could understand if it was midnight and I hadn’t shown up by it was still the same day of my check in needless to say I was very upset and have a bad taste in my mouth with this stay here
