Hampton Inn & Suites San Antonio Lackland AFB SeaWorld

We stayed for 2 nights. Our first night wasn’t good. The mattress was VERY firm and my wife and I woke up several times throughout the night due to body aches. Close to 11pm, the room above us must have just received its renters cause there were sudden multiple people stomping around and possibly kids running back and forth. After about 20 minutes, I had to call the front desk and asked if they can do something about it. I was told that the renters would receive a call. About another half hour later, the renters must have gone to bed. The stomping unfortunately started again around 6 am. We went to eat breakfast and I stopped by the front desk to ask about the mattress and renters above us. As per the receptionist, all the mattresses were the same and they offered another room due to the stomping renters. We received another room on the floor above us. This room had better mattresses and we slept better our 2nd night. I don’t rent rooms often but this is the first time I have encountered this type of problem that required the inconvenience of switching rooms.

my stay was okay! i had no issues but i went with a group of people and 2 of them had issues. #1 at check in got an occupied room luckily no one was in the room when she entered. #2 had an issue where she was taking a shower and a guy walked in into her room and saw her claiming he thought it was his room” right after he left he called her room apologizing and calling her baby which was very creepy. that same night we were having dinner at the lobby and a lady was very upset yelling at the front desk lady saying some one got into her room and stole her luggage and purse. clerk lady said there’s nothing we can do so she call police and police said same thing stating it was a private property. the following morning there was 2 cars with broken windows.

The room was great clean beds were comfortable and very spacious. The only problem we had was the people upstairs above us who were very very noisy and did not go to bed till midnight. Must’ve had kids romping and jumping around. Other than that, the only thing wrong was only one elevator was working.

This was my first time staying there and my family loved it especially for the break excellent service overall I'll give this one a 5

The room carpet was filthy, this was a family trip and we trusted the high score, maybe there should be two scores, one from individuals staying for work, and another for families looking for a nice clean place.

Went on a family trip and decided to stay here with our 7 year old. The room was really clean and decently priced. My only complaint was the front desk didn’t answer on 2 different occasions when I called needing extra blankets and the TV needs to be replaced. The color and picture was faded and hard to see. Other than that, we had a good stay and I would stay here again.

Great location, just visiting area for a couple of days. Everything was clean and staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and stocked with everything. I will stay here again if passing through. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting for a graduation or just visiting family.

I booked a specific kind of room to ensure my whole family would be comfterable in our stay, & when I check in they tell me they did not have the room I specifically booked so we had to downsize on the room & space! There's a reason we get to pick & choose the rooms we would want!

The property was great; clean room and amenities. I enjoyed using the pool and gym facilities with my partner. The only issue was a loud family next to us. That's not necessarily the hotel's fault.

Complementary breakfast could be better with meatless option in eggs. Bathroom door lock could be convenient for those with little kids.
