Wedding party on the floor above us, woke my entire family up then continued to be pound even after called down to the front desk. Then awoken by same group in the morning. I understand not the hotels fault but after hours should be quiet and controlled

Wow! This was our first time here. We traveled with myself, my husband, and 3 girls (8,4, &1). The place was clean, full kitchen was convenient for all the snacks the girls love, breakfast was so good and the salsa was delicious. Great choices for everyone on food. Our room was tidied up everyday which was great as busy parents with 3 kids to keep up with. The beds were a little too firm for my liking but that’s the only downside. We will definitely be staying here again! Oh, also very close to SeaWorld.

Great size room and amenities for a family of 6. Room was clean. The housekeeper working the second floor on Saturday 5/25 was amazing! She was friendly and helpful.

ZERO STARS. This has been the worst hotel stay l've ever had. After traveling here to visit SeaWorld and out all day with small tired little kids only to come back and have all of our items from the refrigerator and freezer taken, bed linen, towels and washcloths taken. It clearly states that housekeeping comes every other day, which means no one should've been in our room. I'm assuming housekeeping realized that we weren't checked out and stopped removing everything with the exception of our luggage and our children's personalized cups in the refrigerator. But, then they never came back to replace trash bags, linen, towels, or even clean. They couldn't return our sports drinks, waters, sparkling drinks that were in the refrigerator, our costly ice packs, can't replace the food so that's a loss. None of these items can actually be returned as that's disgusting but I'm in so much disbelief. While at the front desk I request bed linen, towels and washcloths and have someone make the bed. This resulted in me making the bed myself as the employee stated they were not very familiar with the process. This happened 4/20 and no resolution has been provided nor have I been contacted by the hotel still on 4/22.

Our stay was what we expected, clean and well maintained. There was a walmart not too far and a wonderful gameroom across the street for snacks and entertainment for the children. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Home2 staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The suite was clean and was able to sleep our 4 kids with no problem.

This is a nice stay for a family. Breakfast, while busy (spring break week) was always well stocked. Staff was friendly. My two complaints are that the pool was pretty gross- murky water, clumps of hair on pool deck, and enough chlorine fumes to burn your eyes sitting there. Other complaint was loud neighbors whose behavior was addressed after hours, but not fully enforced and thus kept me and 2 of my children up until 2 am. I get that isn’t the hotels fault, just saying it wasn’t fully addressed.

Love the indoor pool. The kids enjoyed the chance to swim. The breakfast options were amazing. Well worth it.
