Hyatt Residence Club San Antonio, Wild Oak Ranch

Good value for those with young kids. Water/pool amenities are good. Only complaint would be to have longer hrs for the kids club / scheduled outdoor games for kids.

The place was clean and the pools and River was nice. My kid enjoy the vacations. Injust hace two minor issues. The first day we didn’t have clean service in the room and the second day we have to ask for fresh towels. Also the ice machine on our building didn’t work si we have to walk to the other building to get some ice. Also you pay a resort Fee and they charge you for the activities in the kids club, It feels like a double charge in my opinion.

This place was beyond my expectations it’s a great place to take the kids and make incredible memories. The pools and lazy river at no lore then 3 ft so you don’t have to be worried about them going into deep water. The condo we stayed in was beautiful newly remodeled very clean. We are making plans to go again.

This location is always great, fun activities for the kids, family oriented.

It’s amazing our family really enjoy the place, the amenities is very nice. Place is very clean and also I like the view from the balcony if you want to have a relaxing place to go this is the place to be. I also like the part where they teach children about animals my kids enjoys it.

This resort is a great place for the family. You definitely feel like you're far away from the city. Rooms were very nice and clean. There are several activities on site.

First family vacation since becoming a dad. It was so amazing to watch her explore and take everything in. The distance from Sea World was our biggest reason for booking here.

First, the good parts: The facilities were amazing, the lazy river and the sandy beach were incredible, the condo was gorgeous and clean, the grounds were well done. The actual condo and facilities were excellent. However- we were told when we checked in that we were “lucky” they didn’t cancel our reservation because we booked through a third-party and not directly with them. We were promised housekeeping and called each morning when we left for the day to request housekeeping before 2:30 pm. Without fail housekeeping arrived after 2:30pm when our kids were napping so we had to not let them in, and the resort absolutely refused to send housekeeping any earlier than 2:30pm or when our kids woke up from their naps (even though we repeatedly requested it). Kids also have to be 48” or taller to ride the water slides. If your kids are not 48” they can’t do the slides and it’s strictly enforced. The lazy river also randomly drops down to deep parts so bring life jackets (the resort also does not check out life jackets). The resort itself is beautiful but the staff truly doesn’t care if you need something or if you enjoy your stay because they will not help you. Once you check in you are pretty much on your own.

It’s a very nice resort, very pleasant and comfortable environment. It’s perfect for a family vacation or getaway trip. We all enjoyed it. The location is so convenient, very close to The SeaWorld Park, and not too far from downtown San Antonio.
