This was our second time staying at this hotel. It's very nice and quiet. We had a spacious king-size suite that was clean and comfortable. We reported an issue with the bathroom door not closing properly. We were there six nights and it was never fixed. Although we didn't use them, there are a lot of nice amenities like a fitness room and indoor pool. The sundry area where you can purchase various items including food, snacks, and drinks was nice and well stocked. We travel to San Antonio often to visit family, and we would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was very well staffed with very nice employees who offered assistance at any chance that they saw us the pool was clean and easily accessible, and the area was better than most around. It was very close to the Air Force Base, which was our main purpose of the trip.. also the full kitchen and dishes, etc. was very convenient along with a full-size fridge. N our price range. This was definitely the safest hotel close to Lackland Air Force Base by far. Had several people report that they took the loss and switched hotels for the safety of their family

My stay was amazing. I was in town because my son graduated from tech school from the United States Air Force. I recommend all Air Force families to stay there very friendly and very clean.

Nothing really unique. The cubard was miss leading with pricing and no way to pay it. Staff not family friendly. Overall was ok. Would not bring my family to this location.

The hotel itself was very nice. It is right off of the interstate so depending on where your room is in the building, you may hear sounds from the traffic. This didn't have an impact on our stay though. The room was nice and clean. There is a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and a small stove top. The room came with various dishes, which was convenient. The area surrounding the hotel wasn't that appealing, but we were there to visit family in the area, and the hotel was conveniently located near their home. There is lots to see and do in San Antonio so we were only at the hotel for short rests during the day and sleeping at night. They have lots of nice amenities. I do recommend this hotel, and I would stay there again.

Great Location for attending our son's graduation at Lackland base. Staff so friendly and helpful, very clean. Hot free coffee ready all day is so nice when you have 6am events. Room was very spacious, 2 double beds, plenty of room for me to work and extra chairs to have family over to meet up.

Rooms were spacious, comfy bed and pillows, toiletries of high quality, nice heated indoor pool, geeat bbq patio to have tome with family. Capable to see AirForce airplanes flying from the rooms. They even provide with a full kitchenette with china, silverware, cooking utensils, all the pots and pans for cooking, dishwasher and even dish cleaning supply. Plus you get a fullsize fridge. They have a concession store at the lobby in case you need anything last minute. Staff is super friendly and bilingual. Is a super value for your money; specially for long stays you can save money with a small grocery trip from HEB.

The stay was ok, my kids enjoyed themselves. However the elevator wasn’t working and our room was on the third floor. The entire stay was noisy because of the people above us. The overall area is ok, but not ideal. We wouldn’t stay here again.
