Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Antonio - Brooks City Base, an IHG Hotel

Place was nice but too far from places to go pool nice and clean but it was raining so the kids couldn't get in the pool

Nice staff. Whole family stayed there.

My first time staying here and it was such a wonderful experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful. From front desk to kitchen to housekeeping everyone so nice and welcoming. The breakfast is amazing lots of variety everything so clean and perfect. My daughter has a food allergy to milk and Im so grateful for oatmeal, fruit, and boiled egg options. The showers were perfect and slept like a baby. Overall would love to stay again and again.

I was delighted because it is the first time that I stay in a spacious, clean, organized hotel and the employees are very respectful. If I have to stay in Austin again, I will gladly do it in this hotel, I recommend it. My family and I are grateful. I forgot to write that the breakfast was fantastic, delicious. I congratulate the cook. Thanks.

Our stay could have been a lot better. The people across and next door were very loud on both Saturday night and Sunday morning. On Saturday night, they kept slamming the doors every few minutes as the kids were coming in and out of the two rooms. I counted 15 people between the two rooms. They were running up and down the halls, they kept knocking and trying to open our room door. Sunday morning, the same thing again. We couldn't sleep at night due to the noise and the stadium lighting from the parking lot. The curtains on the windows were too short to cover any lighting.yet, so the room was lit up day and night. The water pressure in the restroom was very low and the water took about 15 minutes to get warm on the hot water side. I was very disappointed with my stay. I never expected to have a bad experience with Holiday Inn Express. Hopefully they fix these problems soon. They opened this hotel too soon. I did enjoy the breakfast in the morning I do have say that.
