The hotel was great. The rooms are spacious and provide the amenities needed when traveling with family. The free breakfast was a plus and the indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs were great too. The location is close to the main road with several restaurants and activities to choose from.

This was a perfect hotel for our family trip. Located 1/4 mile off the main strip so it was quiet yet very close to all the action. The rooms have a little kitchennette area and a sofa bed so it is more spacious then the average room. Breakfast was included so we saved our pennies for dinner out at the local favorites. It was too cold for the outdoor pool but it looked very nice. I would stay here again.

This was my first time staying here and it was an overall good experience. We spent 5 nights and I'll share the good and not so good. The place is new and modern looking and was really clean, especially the room. Plenty of parking and multiple places to enter the hotel. Has indoor & outdoor pools, but only the indoor pool was open. Breakfast is included and the location is not far from the main strip in Pigeon Forge.
For the not so good...
The last 2 days, housekeeping didnt replenish washcloths. I had to go down to front desk to get them. The pool was insanely packed with kids and had an overly strong smell of chlorine. If the outside pool was open it would of probably made that situation better. The Breakfast was good, but if you go after 8am, you'll wait in line for food and the area is very small where you get the food from. The last issue is they have 2 elevators that are spaced apart and run really slow. Almost always a group of people waiting to ride it. For the amount of rooms, they should have more efficient elevators. Those are my personal thoughts and opinions and others may of had different experiences.
With that said, I'll stay here again.

Hotel is in a great location in comparison to many of the Pigeon Forge things to do. Parking is plentiful and staff was relatively friendly.
The room itself leaves a lot to be desired. Beds are very hard, past the point of being "firm". The bathroom door was incredibly hard to use by children as the handle would get stuck and not open; so they would get stuck in the bathroom when closing the door.
The kitchen was the worst of all hotel rooms I've stayed in with a kitchen. There was nearly no utensils to even cook. There was a single pan, no pots, no measuring cups, no cooking utensils, no plastic or glass mixing bowls or casserole dishes - literally there were 4 drinking glasses, 4 plates, 3 saucers and 4 forks and spoons.
If you are staying for an overnight stay, it works, but nothing about this room is good for a long stay with family if you have the intention of using the kitchen. As it pertains to functionality, you may as well just get a normal room with 2 beds for $100+ less a night.

The staff at front desk are amazing, super servicial and kind, they resolved a big important issue for me like an early check in request, after i drove 12 hs overnight with my family. Thanks Melanie......

My family, with 2 teenagers stayed here recently. The size of the suite was perfect. It had 2 queen beds & a pull out couch. Also had a long counter with 2 chairs and a kitchenette. Kitchenette had a full fridge, sink, dishwasher, cabinets with some basic dishes. The bathroom had a new tub and surround but the sink and counter could definitely use an update. Hotel was very clean. Indoor pool and hot tub were decent. Breakfast was fine, nothing special, but fine. Room was cleaned daily. Convenient location just off the parkway. I would definitely stay here again.
