LeConte Hotel & Convention Center, Ascend Hotel Collection

Our stay was amazing! Such a clean hotel & enough room for our family of 5. Really happy the outdoor pools were still open and they were actually warm!! Only complaint that I have is that the elevator was EXTREMELY slow AND. We could only spend a super super short amount of time in the inside pool and hot tub because the chlorine burned our eyes so bad. Definitely need either better ventilation or less chlorine! It was really bad. However really enjoyed this hotel.

Great, quiet location. Conveniently close to many attractions in Pigeon Forge and nearby Gatlinburg. Rooms are very nice, clean, with full balconies, equipped with small kitchen, and nice sized fridge. Breakfast is good and convenient, coffee is available all day.Our family loved the pools, lazy river and hot tubs. Strongly recommend using this hotel as we considered an Airbnb and glad we stayed with this hotel. Very reasonable for a family of four.

Fantastic experience! Great place to stay with my family. It's convenient to everything but not directly on the parkway strip. Can be there in 5 mins easily!

Property was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean, well maintained. Room left something to be desired. Our A/C wasn’t strong enough to cool the entire room. We had a suite with a pull out sofa bed for a family of 5. Setup was awkward. Beds were comfortable. Sofa bed was not very comfortable. Overall the Hotel was nice, complimentary breakfast was decent, but the room itself needs some improvement.

When i arrived on Saturday the front desk staff was great no issues check in we were given room 117 and room 119 tht was nextvtobthe housekeeping room which didnt seem bad until the next morning at 730 am i was woken up by very loud spainsh speaking noisewhich i thought was a guest so i n payed it no mind but it went on for 10 min so i open my door to see what was going on only to see a group of housekeeping staffed gathered and chatting laughing very very loud i ask to if they could quite dwn as my kids was sleeping, but nope they continue one even answered her phone and started rtalking. SARA IN HOUSEKEEPING THE WORST ! I went to the front desk to complain and see if we could be moved since we had 2 rooms and thank goodness Melonie at the front desk was courteous to have our room changed to 317 amd 319 and our trip was back on a wonderful journey i had no issues no noise. I would recommend the property for those with kids it has all you need in the pool area and open until midnight . The room is nice , breakfast was standard breakfast food. Overall my staff was good but tht issues left a bad taste in my mouth so not a place i would return to.

Of the locations I have lodged in the Pigeon Forge area, this is one of the best. My family and I were greeted with a very inviting lobby and very attentive staff. The room was spacious and even had a kitchenet that would accommodate small meals if we were looking to cook in the room. The pools were inviting, clean, and warm. The breakfast was filling and varied. Overall this was a great stay and we will be be back.

Wonderful hotel for families! The rooms were clean. The complimentary breakfast was decent. We were in town for Dollywood, and my kids would’ve been happy just to stay at the hotel pool. We loved the 2 heated pools (indoor and outdoor), jacuzzi, splash pad and lazy River.
