It was a great hotel for the weekend stay we were there. We really liked the popcorn and movie at night, and my kids loved the pool.

We really enjoyed this hotel once we actually got our room. I had done the pre-registration online prior to arriving and said we would be there at 4p (check-in). When we arrived I had to wait over 45 minutes because our room was still dirty. I understand lack of workers but when someone puts an arrival time of 4p it’d be nice to check in at that time. Everything else was good though, they had a movie playing in the pool area two times a night with free popcorn. I loved that they played Christian rock station the whole time we were there. It is close to all the touristy things but tucked back a street so it wasn’t as loud or busy. Breakfast you had to eat all as a family which we kind of like going scattered at times.

My family enjoyed the hot tub and pool although it was freezing outside. The hotel also had movie night in the pool area with popcorn!

We loved the place, was nice, & absolutely was surprised to hear the pool was 24/7. With a kid it was nice to not have to “rush” back to get some swimming in before the pool closed. Movies/ popcorn was so nice as well!

The heater in the indoor pool was broke so the kiddos couldn’t swim. We booked this hotel for its indoor pool and we were disappointed. It was never addressed by management after being told multiple times

My husband and I were there celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary and the hot tub was crowded with unsupervised young kids so we couldn’t enjoy that. Then on Saturday morning we were woken up by the fire alarm and were told some kid had pulled it. This was at 7:45 in the morning. No sleeping in as it went off for about 30-40 mins. Not a good experience.

Given it was a busy weekend, i will say it was not to bad at all. The upcharging for the busy weekend is disappointing but i know everyone else does it. They did have a whole bunch of kids staying there but barely heard them through the night. Overall a good experience and i would stay with them again.

We had to move rooms four times because the toilets were loose off of the floor. We had no hot water to get showers. Nonstop kids running up and down the hallways all hours of the night banging on your door and running away. They were loud all thru the night. Bugs in the room. Mold in the refrigerator. Heater didn’t work in my parents room. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!
