Country Cascades Waterpark Resort

We had a great stay! The room and the views were perfect. The hotel honored the request that we had. The secret chest for the kids was amazing. The pools and waterpark area were all heated which was amazing. All facilities are super clean. The breakfast was just ok, but the staff in there are wonderful. Parking was great until the weekend- then it was packed and hard to find a spot. The only downside is that some of the hosted activities are for additional cost.

Love the staff, the hotel itself, the entire experience was a 10/10 experience. There are activities in house for children of all ages from morning until around 9 p.m. Food on the property, as well as a snack bar.

Water park was a bit different than I expected but kids loved it

My stay was for a 1 night business trip. It was quiet, clean and convenient to everything. Looks like they've updated since my last stay a couple years ago. This resort caters mainly to families with children, but all are made to feel welcome and I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this resort.

We had a great time and will definitely be back! There was plenty for the kids and adults to do. Breakfast was great, service was great, and staff was friendly.

Country cascades is where to stay if you have kids! Our 3 year old had the best time for her birthday trip. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was super friendly! No complaints here!

Everyone was nice, the room we had just happens to be near the new renovations so it was quite noisy a couple time but the place gave the kids arcade cards for the interruption. Great location for teens to walk to arcades and stores!

We had a great stay! It was conveniently located, we got to use the water park a little before check in which was a nice way to pass the time on such a hot day. The staff was amazing and friendly the entire stay. It was so family friendly and all of the daily activities truly made our trip memorable. Our children felt so special and had a blast at crafts, bingo, story time, the glow party, and making s’mores. You truly didn’t even have to leave the property for entertainment. Robert was a blast to watch with our children and talk to at craft time. This place is a hidden gem and blows the wilderness out of the water. This will for sure be our new place to stay. We’re already planning a trip to come back next month before the water park closes. And we are so stoked that they are building an indoor water park for year around fun! I’m only disappointed that we didn’t discover this place sooner!!

Friendly staff, nice room, shower pipes screamed at me (room 1703) a little, but it stopped after about a minute or so. Quiet for being such a family oriented hotel with lots of kids running around. We didn't utilize the water park, but it looked like many were having a great time! Hotel is being renovated for an indoor water park. Not too much of an inconvenience, but there is fencing and the equipment/supplies so it is a little bit.

It was a nice place to stay if you have kids. Plenty of activities for kids. There was remodeling/ construction occurring while we were there and limited parking but other than that it was good.
